We had a rest in August 2025 on the territory of the 3rd building. I would like to note the courtesy, responsiveness and efficiency of the staff. The territory is clean, everything you need is there. The pool is cleaned every day, it's wonderful. The rooms are nice, the linen is clean. If something is broken during check-in, it is repaired immediately upon request. We really liked the territory of the third building. Here's what I won't say about the spa in the first building of the indoor pool, you need to drain the water, clean thoroughly, and wash all the floors inside, the tiles in the showers in the changing rooms. But these are small things... The location of the hotel is very good, five minutes and you are by the lake in the park, zoo, museum market. I recommend that you do not look at the negative reviews, you can safely go!

The rooms in the 3 buildings are clean, tidy, simple, but comfortable (does not include a hair dryer) There is a swimming pool on site. The water is refreshing, but always clean. There is also a children's pool with warm water. Good location. The center is 10 minutes away.
