This is not a hotel, but a quiet horror. We checked into a room that was sooooo cold that we couldn't undress. I told the receptionist, they asked me for my temperature, and they said the temperature in the rooms was acceptable. There is no thermometer. It was cold, I went to the receptionist and said it was impossible, the maid came and said the heaters were distributed. They moved to another room on the 3rd call... the couple were given both rooms with separate beds. It was much warmer in the second room and it was 18 degrees on the thermometer... I slept in a sweater. … I never set foot in this hotel in winter.… Breakfast tea or coffee and pancakes 3 pcs. It's called an intercontinental breakfast. The coffee is terrible, I didn't drink it. Pancakes with cottage cheese don't taste good to me either.

Good day to all! We stayed during the January holidays (1 day). The room was cold. The heater that was given stopped working after 5 minutes, the benefit of the split system warmed up the room. The walls are just icy. The ventilation is noisy in the bathroom, for some reason it was not possible to make 2 switches (There was no curtain in the bathroom), slippers and other accessories for money. Breakfast - 3 pancakes cheese-ham with sour cream and 1!!! a cup of tea/coffee (Americano/cappuccino). I consider the location convenient, but to open/close the gate from the parking lot, you need to do everything yourself.

It's not a bad hotel. The rooms are slightly over 2000 years old, but clean and thanks for that. Super maid, reception (13th) super, we heard that we were leaving at 6 a.m. and suggested that we could move breakfast to earlier. Thanks to the girls. But we need to think about how to refresh the corridors, floors and rooms. And by the way, the light bulbs don't light up from 1-4 times when you walk to the room in the hallway, even if you stomp / swallow, the reaction is far from immediate.
