Let's start with the pros. In the city center, it is convenient to get there at any time of the day.
The rooms are very clean, many thanks to the cleaning girls.
The reception is very friendly and helpful girls, they will always help and pick up the room, even if they made a mistake when booking.
Comfortable good mattresses on the beds.
Now the cons.
The single beds are very narrow. You sleep "at attention" to turn over from side to side, the risk of falling out of bed. At the same time, my physique is average, with a height of 175 and a weight of 70. Very narrow.
I was especially disappointed with the "continental breakfast" included in the payment. This is generally a separate topic.
There is no coffee. Generally. Tea bags. But the most important thing is pancakes. What they are very difficult to understand. Once they guessed that the filling was cottage cheese, the rest did not understand what kind of filling it was. There is no choice anymore, just the pancakes that were put on the table. That's it. It does not correspond to the concept of "continental breakfast" from the word "absolutely".
Well, about faceted glasses in the rooms, no comments at all. They spoil the entire entourage of the hotel, which is already a problem.

Nice hotel, the family liked it. There is an elevator, the rooms are not very spacious, but you don't need more for an overnight stay. The bathroom is ordinary, small, there is always hot water. I had to buy more breakfasts, the same type (3 pancakes with cheese and ham), but as it turned out, it was delicious and satisfying. I liked that the car was allowed to park in the courtyard, which is locked by a gate.

We stayed for two days. I booked a room by contacting the hotel manager directly via WhatsApp. Everything is fine, there were no surprises. Payment upon check-in. The room is arranged. It's stuffy, but with the window open, it's fine). Two beds, but for some reason only one bedside table is not very comfortable...

One of the disadvantages is breakfast. It is better to have a snack (or eat) in the nearest cafes.

We stayed for one night, we were passing through Bobruisk. The room is clean, but it's hot, opening the window does not save, mosquitoes flew through the balcony door. The refrigerator seems to be there, but it doesn't freeze at all. When booking, it was indicated that a continental breakfast is provided, it would be better to write that there is NO breakfast - a 30g box of waffles, warmed pancakes with cottage cheese and tea, well, not a declared breakfast!! In general, it seemed that we were practically alone in the hotel. In the evening, I also asked if it was possible to book a tour of the city, it turned out that it was necessary to arrange this in advance at least a week in advance, given that there were not so many guests at the hotel, it seemed that the girls at the reception did not want to contact the guide, the impression was spoiled.

There is also a special card on the key that is inserted into the disconnector in order for electricity to appear in the room. Accordingly, if you are not in the room, then there is no electricity. And finally, there is a large bed in the room, but there are 2 small mattresses on it, and personally I fall into this hole in the middle.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Belarus. Once again, I vow to deal with the Amax network. Specific claims: be prepared for the fact that some of the premises are occupied by tenants, a speech therapist or cosmetologist can receive in the next room. This causes dirt, worn carpets, and a feeling of disgust. The rooms are far from a masterpiece of design art, but they have air conditioning and poor furniture, leaky bed linen and yellowish towels on the beds. At the time of our arrival, there was no hot water, which the administrator bothered to inform us about only after paying for the room. But the scariest thing is breakfast. Why declare its presence if it consists of a tea bag, a waffle and three inedible pancakes with meat. That's all! Shame on the management. And a complete disappointment for the guests!

I do not advise this retreat , the terrible staff, including the head (speaks boorishly, they do not know how to solve problems culturally ), settled in for a day, the cleaner kicked out earlier and they do not care. Check-out is at 12, although we clarified these issues and were told that you checked in in the evening and will eat.The child in the room was sick on the linen (compensation is required) The shower is dirty , you need to wait 10-15 minutes for hot water to go , this is all 522 rooms for 90 rubles .At night we go to the toilet and there are spiders crawling, they said - the head said it couldn't be like that (and it is) there is no air conditioner. The balconies are scary , you go out and you can fall into an emergency state , where the authorities are looking is not clear . At a minimum, they do not provide hygiene products like in normal hotels, only for an additional fee.Then it is very interesting what kind of comfort they charge money for. I'm just in shock , I didn 't expect this . I will definitely write a complaint above for such hospitality.

Расположен в центре города. В пешей доступности до транспортных остановочных пунктов.
Есть внутренняя парковка для автомобилей. Милое добродушное общение и обслуживание. Номера маленькие. Кондиционеры не во всех номерах.
Попали в момент городского отключения горячего водоснабжения. Предложили в номер с бойлером, но шёл только кипяток (регулировки с холодной водой не было - 425 номер).
Для Бобруйска довольно дорогая гостиница. Квартиру посуточно было снять практически в 2 раза можно было.
Завтраки предоставляются - с 8 до 10. Три блинчика, чай и вафелька.

The room was not worth a penny for the capital. Toilet paper when filling at the tip, from bathroom (soap) accessories-liquid soap, almost at the bottom. Lots of towels. Parking from the hotel is for a couple of cars. On the website of information about the add-on.there are no services, just a list, there is no way to get acquainted on your own, the same breakfast, where, at what time, options (it is clear to see where and the menu changes). It's kind of weird.

I want to leave a review about my stay at the Amaks Bobruisk hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately feel that you are welcome here. The administrators are very friendly, kind girls. Check-in is fast. The room, which breathes cleanliness and comfort, has everything for a pleasant stay, as in our case, from the road, very warm, excellent Wi-Fi. Останавливались в этом отеле на пару дней. Из плюсов - место расположение, самый центр, до всех основных достопримечательностей недалеко. Из минусов: завтрак просто ужасен, называют это континентальным завтраком, просто разогретые в СВЧ три безвкусных блинчика-полуфабриката с творогом и всё. Такой скудный завтрак у меня был первый раз за всю жизнь. Номера без прикроватных тумбочек, поэтому мобильный телефон можно положить только на пол, а если бы они были, то нет розеток для зарядки мобильного телефона, они находятся над изголовьем прямо посередине кровати, у нас в номере не работал холодильник (точнее работал, но не морозил), не горел светильник в коридоре. Если возвращаешься вечером, то на 5-м этаже в коридоре с большим опозданием срабатывает датчик света, постоянно идешь на ощупь, либо нужно идти со своим фонариком, иначе можно споткнуться о пороги. Мы жили на 5-м этаже, лифт постоянно занят, т. к. видимо где-то в гостинице находятся чьи-то офисы и их сотрудники постоянно ездят на нем, поэтому его приходится долго ждать.

About the good:
Clean, tidy standard room.
There is hot water (although the pressure is not very high)
A good, Soviet refrigerator that really freezes, unlike refrigerators in other hotels.

The windows of the room overlook the courtyard - it's quiet at night.

About the bad.
The bed in the standard room is narrow, it will be uncomfortable for a large person.

Чисто, персонал внимательный, на ресепшене можно приобрести все необходимое ( расчески, тапки, станок, ватные диски и палочки, и т.д.) сувениры, попить . Рядом находится кафе " Любимое место" очень вкусно , время работы с 7.30 до 22.00, можно позавтракать. Всё в шаговой доступности. Но один минус, очень маленькие кровати.

Пара стаканов, телевизор, кровать, вай-фай...
Номер стандарт - не большой..
В целом, для ночевки большего и не нужно, но и особо не заплмнился.
Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания, ожнако - кофе в него не входит.
Завтрак " континентальный", не шведский стол, у меня состоял из - вафля, три блинчика с не понятной начинкой и чай.
Кофе есть на рецепе за доплату.
На первом этаже можео купить напитки и пиво.
И да, в номере есть мыло и гель для душа. Нет комплекта зубной щетки и пасты, их можно приобрести так же на рецепе..
Хотя, уже очень привычно получать этот набор вместе с номером..

Часто бываю в командировке и останавливаюсь в этой гостинице. Вполне всё прилично и комфортно. По сравнению с другими гостиницами города, по моему мнению, эта лидирует по всем параметрам. В номере чисто, администраторы вежливые и всегда готовы решить все возникающие вопросы. Кухни нет, но администрация нашла решение и есть вполне неплохой завтрак, во всяком случае своих денег стоит. Есть сувенирная лавка, холодильники с различными напитками. В последний мой визит там появилось и кофе😇 Успехов вам в работе, так держать! 🔥

Недавно я провела в гостинице "АМАКС Премьер-отель Бобруйск" 10 дней, 9 ночей - достаточно долгий срок, чтобы накопились некоторые наблюдения и факты.
Главный плюс этой гостиницы - её удобнейшее расположение в центре города. От неё до любых достопримечательностей и магазинов - рукой подать, всё главное совсем рядом. И красивая башня гостиницы может служить ориентиром во многих точках города. А ещё очень приветливые, доброжелательные сотрудники на рецепшене, готовые ответить на любой вопрос, во всём помочь.
Но, к сожалению, в этот раз плюсы кончаются, перехожу к перечислению минусов. Я вообще очень неприхотлива, после завтрака ухожу гулять на весь день, возвращаюсь поздно вечером - в 22, 23, 0.00, сплю крепко, какие бы стены и постояльцы ни были, поэтому жаловаться обычно мне не на что. Но не в этот раз. Минусы разложу по пунктам.
1. Именно в номере 412, где я жила в этот раз, был очень плохой вайфай. Вернее, был он только в 1 месте - у самой входной двери в номер. Стоило сделать пару шагов вглубь комнаты - он исчезал. Невозможно было ни позвонить, ни написать - сообщения не отправлялись, звонки не проходили, вайфай постоянно вылетал. Его хватало только на 1-2 секунды, если отойти от двери. Поэтому общаться приходилось только или стоя у порога, или сидя там же на тумбочке.
Замечу, что в прошлом году был отличный вайфай в другом номере на этом же 4 этаже!! (кажется, я тогда жила в номере 420). В этот раз я сказала о проблеме на рецепшене, но она так и не была решена. Вывод : не надо никому предлагать номер 412, если вы знаете, что там ничего нельзя сделать, чтобы как следует работал интернет. А если можно, то сделайте!
2. Во ВСЕХ ГОСТИНИЦАХ принадлежности для гигиены - шампунь и гель - выдаются КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ, НО ТОЛЬКО НЕ В "АМАКС Премьер-отель БОБРУЙСК"!! Об этом мне сказала сотрудница на рецепшн : "не каждый день". Для меня это просто дико: маленький пакетик шампуня и маленький пакетик геля пожалеть. Ни в 1 гостинице Беларуси и других стран НИКОГДА я не сталкивалась с такой мелочной экономией.
3. Завтраки очень скудные, однообразные. Всегда блины. Правда, начинки на выбор : творог /курица/ сыр с ветчиной. Плюс 1 маленькая вафля "Витоша" и 1 пакетик для чашечки чая.
А как же фрукты, овощи (помидоры, огурцы), яичница, каша, йогурты на худой конец? В выборе блюд должно быть разнообразие!! Есть же люди с аллергией на молочное, например, и что им съесть, если у вас только блины? Конечно, можно многое, чего не хватает, купить в магазине, благо он рядом. Но не у всех людей (предположим, кто-то в рабочей командировке) есть свободное время для походов в магазины и кафе, и "АМАКС Премьер-отель Бобруйск" - первая в моей жизни гостиница, в которой представлен такой бедный завтрак. Кстати, в последние 2 дня перед отъездом и сметана, которой блины поливают сверху, закончилась. Если бы я знала, что сметаны не будет больше 1 дня, купила бы отелю банку в подарок. Постояльцам отеля и так почти нечего есть на завтрак, а тут ещё убрали и эту радость.
4. Туалетную бумагу я оба раза, когда кончался рулон, просила сама на рецепшене! Горничная за этим абсолютно не следила. Она только убирала мусор из ведра в санузле, но не вешала новую бумагу, не застилала постель, а табличку "требуется уборка номера", повешенную на двери, проигнорировала. В ванной написано, что, если вы хотите, чтобы полотенца поменяли, надо их снять с крючков и повесить на душевую кабину. Когда я так сделала + повесила табличку "требуется уборка номера", результат был 0. Только в личной беседе горничная поняла, что день назад надо было поменять постель и полотенца. Она это сделала, но с опозданием на сутки.
Итак, подведу итоги. Ловить вайфай только у входной двери, бегать на рецепшн самой за туалетной бумагой и слышать от сотрудницы, что гель и шампунь выдаются не каждый день - это новые впечатления от моей жизни в гостиницах. Когда я оплачивала завтраки, в их стоимость сметана наверняка была включена, но последние 2 дня моего пребывания её не было ни у меня, ни у других. В последний день я случайно разбила стакан для полоскания рта в ванной, потому что на полку, где он стоял, положила 2 обычного размера плоских персика, и полка не выдержала их веса, наклонилась вниз. Крепления на этой полке, конечно, сделаны кое-как, "на соплях держатся". Но за разбитый стакан я заплатила 50 BYN. Конечно, в прайс - лист гостиницы эта цена укладывается, но в мою голову нет. 1634 русских рубля за небольшой стеклянный стаканчик, из которого полощут рот!! А ещё в последний день, когда я вытащила из шкафа все вещи, он чуть на меня не упал. Держится кое-как, как и полка в ванной.
Я надеюсь, администрация гостиницы "АМАКС Премьер-отель Бобруйск" поспособствует тому, чтобы в номере 412 появился стабильный вайфай, чтобы завтраки были более разнообразными, а горничные бы выполняли все свои обязанности, кроме выноса мусора, и гель с шампунем регулярно появлялись бы в ванных комнатах. И тогда пребывание в вашем отеле станет для всех максимально комфортным.

We spent the night with my wife for 2 nights. For "spending the night" is very good. For a more detailed summary, there were not enough impressions, because only an overnight stay.
Everything is decent, clean bed linen, a moldy shower. )
In my opinion, we could put a couple of bottles of drink in the room instead of a cooler at the end of the corridor. But this, again, IMHO.
If I have to stop next time, I won't use it...

Останавливались с мужем в отеле в декабре 22 года. Заселили быстро, вежливый внимательный парень-администратор. Взяли номер с балконом и видом на центральную, по-новогоднему украшенную улицу. В номере уютно и тепло(что мне мерзлячке важно). В комнате стандартное наполнение, но все очень чистенько. На этаже стоит куллер с питьевой водой. Вай-фай ловил хорошо, смотрели фильм по буку, но если что есть ТВ с кабельными каналами. Кровати удобные, подушки не сбитые, выспались. На завтрак в лобби были вкусные, сытные блинчики с ветчиной и сыром (3 шт.), вафелька и чай/кофе.
