Let's start with the pros. In the city center, it is convenient to get there at any time of the day.
The rooms are very clean, many thanks to the cleaning girls.
The reception is very friendly and helpful girls, they will always help and pick up the room, even if they made a mistake when booking.
Comfortable good mattresses on the beds.
Now the cons.
The single beds are very narrow. You sleep "at attention" to turn over from side to side, the risk of falling out of bed. At the same time, my physique is average, with a height of 175 and a weight of 70. Very narrow.
I was especially disappointed with the "continental breakfast" included in the payment. This is generally a separate topic.
There is no coffee. Generally. Tea bags. But the most important thing is pancakes. What they are very difficult to understand. Once they guessed that the filling was cottage cheese, the rest did not understand what kind of filling it was. There is no choice anymore, just the pancakes that were put on the table. That's it. It does not correspond to the concept of "continental breakfast" from the word "absolutely".
Well, about faceted glasses in the rooms, no comments at all. They spoil the entire entourage of the hotel, which is already a problem.

Everything is fine! I am very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was my first time booking a room using the hotel's phone number. The call was answered immediately, as well as all my questions. Upon arrival at the hotel, a nice and helpful receptionist greeted me, explained everything and also answered my questions. A cooler with water for heating and cooling in the hallway. The advantageous location of the hotel (in the city center), many shops are within walking distance, and you can walk. Nice hotel, the family liked it. There is an elevator, the rooms are not very spacious, but you don't need more for an overnight stay. The bathroom is ordinary, small, there is always hot water. I had to buy more breakfasts, the same type (3 pancakes with cheese and ham), but as it turned out, it was delicious and satisfying. I liked that the car was allowed to park in the courtyard, which is locked by a gate.

I thought that hotels of this line, and in Africa-Amax, but no.
If we hadn't lived in Amaks earlier, in different cities, well, okay...
the hotel is 30 minutes away.walking distance from the train stations, buses and trolleybuses run according to the schedule (0.80 K.).
Near supermarkets, Lenin Square, etc.shops. Cafe, Slavyanka canteen - there is a place to have a snack. Again, the restaurant is in the old tower, nearby.
The fortress is nearby, a market, a theater, a cinema, etc.
The hotel is clean, towels are changed on request, soap, gel are in dispensers, glasses, TV, refrigerator. The reception staff is very friendly! The room is on the 3rd floor, after renovation.

I didn't like the word "absolutely".
We paid for the rooms with breakfast through the Island. Two weeks in advance, we were informed that there would be no breakfast, but we would be deducted from the room rate for breakfast (payment upon arrival). No! We were offered unlimited coffee at the reception instead of breakfast. Disgusting!
Our room was comfortable. The temperature in the rooms is 19 degrees. I'm cold. Fortunately, the comfort room had air conditioning. It was turned on for heating. There is nothing in the room: no slippers, no cosmetics, no dental and shaving kits. All this can be purchased at the reception.

The hotel is not bad. Clean, friendly staff. There is a cooler on the floor, free Parking in the courtyard of the hotel. We booked two rooms - we were placed next to each other. One room was warm, the thermometer showed 24 degrees. And in the second room, behind the wall, it was cold 20-21 degrees. There were no hygienic precautions, there were enough towels, but one was stained. Many people wrote about breakfast: tea, waffle and pancakes. On the first day they gave pancakes with ham and cheese - tasteless, and the next day they were with cottage cheese, delicious.

When booking, we asked for a room with windows facing the courtyard, and were warned that we needed to sleep in silence. The room was given right next to the elevator shaft and the first from the corridor doors, that is, it was not quiet (the windows were to the courtyard - well, what did we want). We also clarified the availability of parking when booking. Upon arrival, they gave me the key to the barn lock on the gate, like, open it yourself, drive the car, close the gate yourself and bring the key to the administrator. I couldn't open these gates, I told the administrator about it, but she didn't care at all: she didn't even think about helping in any way. I had to just leave the car on the street (it was lucky that there was a place). There were tiny pillows in the room, and the wind blew eerily from the closed windows (even with double-glazed windows) - it was lucky that there was a heated air conditioner and, lo and behold!, it worked, otherwise you could have died there. There was liquid soap only in the shower, that is, to wash your hands, you had to get in there, get soap, get out, turn on the water in the sink and only then wash your hands. The fan is humming so much that probably everyone else in the rooms nearby wakes up at night. All the linen and towels were gray, they had seen a lot, apparently, it also smelled disgusting of Soviet household soap. And for all the above-mentioned pleasures, we paid 98 Belarusian rubles for two. We never set foot in this hotel again.

We stayed for one night, we were passing through Bobruisk. The room is clean, but it's hot, opening the window does not save, mosquitoes flew through the balcony door. The refrigerator seems to be there, but it doesn't freeze at all. When booking, it was indicated that a continental breakfast is provided, it would be better to write that there is NO breakfast - a 30g box of waffles, warmed pancakes with cottage cheese and tea, well, not a declared breakfast!! In general, it seemed that we were practically alone in the hotel. In the evening, I also asked if it was possible to book a tour of the city, it turned out that it was necessary to arrange this in advance at least a week in advance, given that there were not so many guests at the hotel, it seemed that the girls at the reception did not want to contact the guide, the impression was spoiled.

We stayed for two days. I booked a room by contacting the hotel manager directly via WhatsApp. Everything is fine, there were no surprises. Payment upon check-in. The room is arranged. It's stuffy, but with the window open, it's fine). Two beds, but for some reason only one bedside table is not very comfortable...

One of the disadvantages is breakfast. It is better to have a snack (or eat) in the nearest cafes.

There is an internal parking for cars. Nice good-natured communication and service. The rooms are small. Not all rooms have air conditioning.
They were caught at the moment of the city's hot water supply shutdown. They offered a room with a boiler, but only boiling water was running (there was no adjustment with cold water - room 425).
The hotel is quite expensive for Bobruisk. It was possible to rent an apartment for daily rent almost 2 times.
Breakfast is available from 8 to 10. Three pancakes, tea and a waffle.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Belarus. Once again, I vow to deal with the Amax network. Specific claims: be prepared for the fact that some of the premises are occupied by tenants, a speech therapist or cosmetologist can receive in the next room. This causes dirt, worn carpets, and a feeling of disgust. The rooms are far from a masterpiece of design art, but they have air conditioning and poor furniture, leaky bed linen and yellowish towels on the beds. At the time of our arrival, there was no hot water, which the administrator bothered to inform us about only after paying for the room. But the scariest thing is breakfast. Why declare its presence if it consists of a tea bag, a waffle and three inedible pancakes with meat. That's all! Shame on the management. And a complete disappointment for the guests!

I stopped twice a year apart - nothing has changed for the better (( The second time was due to the fact that there were no places in the Tourist. I'm definitely not coming back here anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone!

Of the cons: high audibility, especially when the neighboring rooms and the corridor are vacuumed in the morning. There is also a special card on the key that is inserted into the disconnector in order for electricity to appear in the room. Accordingly, if you are not in the room, then there is no electricity. And finally, there is a large bed in the room, but there are 2 small mattresses on it, and personally I fall into this hole in the middle.
Personally, I concluded that it's not worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. One of the advantages is the location, the very center, not far from all the main attractions. Of the cons: breakfast is just terrible, they call it a continental breakfast, just three tasteless semi-finished pancakes with cottage cheese heated in a microwave and that's it. It was the first time I had such a meager breakfast in my entire life. The rooms do not have bedside tables, so you can only put a mobile phone on the floor, and if there were, there are no sockets for charging a mobile phone, they are located above the headboard right in the middle of the bed, the refrigerator did not work in our room (more precisely, it worked, but did not freeze), the lamp in the corridor did not burn. If you return in the evening, then a light sensor is triggered in the corridor on the 5th floor with a long delay, you constantly go by touch, or you need to go with your flashlight, otherwise you can stumble over the thresholds. We lived on the 5th floor, the elevator is constantly occupied, because apparently somewhere in the hotel there are someone's offices and their employees constantly drive it, so you have to wait a long time for it.

I want to leave a review about my stay at the Amaks Bobruisk hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately feel that you are welcome here. The administrators are very friendly, kind girls. Check-in is fast. The room, which breathes cleanliness and comfort, has everything for a pleasant stay, as in our case, from the road, very warm, excellent Wi-Fi. I do not advise this retreat , the terrible staff, including the head (speaks boorishly, they do not know how to solve problems culturally ), settled in for a day, the cleaner kicked out earlier and they do not care. Check-out is at 12, although we clarified these issues and were told that you checked in in the evening and will eat.The child in the room was sick on the linen (compensation is required) The shower is dirty , you need to wait 10-15 minutes for hot water to go , this is all 522 rooms for 90 rubles .At night we go to the toilet and there are spiders crawling, they said - the head said it couldn't be like that (and it is) there is no air conditioner. The balconies are scary , you go out and you can fall into an emergency state , where the authorities are looking is not clear . At a minimum, they do not provide hygiene products like in normal hotels, only for an additional fee.Then it is very interesting what kind of comfort they charge money for. I'm just in shock , I didn 't expect this . I will definitely write a complaint above for such hospitality.

I often go on a business trip and stay at this hotel. Everything is quite decent and comfortable. Compared to other hotels in the city, in my opinion, this one is the leader in all respects. Recently, I spent 10 days and 9 nights at the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk - a long enough period for some observations and facts to accumulate.
The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location in the city center. From it to any attractions and shops is just around the corner, everything is very close. And the beautiful tower of the hotel can serve as a landmark in many points of the city. And also very friendly, friendly staff at the reception, ready to answer any question, help in everything.
But, unfortunately, this time the pros end, I turn to the enumeration of the cons. I'm generally very unpretentious, after breakfast I go for a walk all day, I come back late at night - at 22, 23, 0.00, I sleep soundly, no matter what walls and guests there are, so I usually have nothing to complain about. But not this time. I'll sort out the disadvantages by points.
1. It was in room 412, where I lived this time, that there was a very bad Wi-Fi. Rather, he was only in 1 place - at the very front door to the room. It was worth taking a couple of steps into the room - he disappeared. It was impossible to call or write - messages were not sent, calls did not go through, WiFi was constantly flying out. It was only enough for 1-2 seconds if you move away from the door. Therefore, it was necessary to communicate only either standing at the threshold, or sitting there on the bedside table.
I note that last year there was a great Wi-Fi in another room on the same 4th floor!! (I think I was living in room 420 at the time). This time I mentioned the problem at the reception, but it was never solved. Conclusion: do not offer 412 to anyone if you know that there is nothing you can do to make the Internet work properly. And if you can, then do it!
2. IN ALL HOTELS, hygiene supplies - shampoo and gel - are given OUT EVERY DAY, BUT NOT IN AMAKS Premier Hotel BOBRUISK!! An employee at the reception told me about this: "not every day." For me, it's just wild: a small bag of shampoo and a small bag of gel to regret. I have NEVER encountered such petty savings in any hotel in Belarus and other countries.
3. The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous. Always pancakes. However, toppings to choose from: cottage cheese / chicken / cheese with ham. Plus 1 small Vitosha waffle and 1 tea bag.
But what about fruits, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers), fried eggs, porridge, yoghurts at the very least? There should be variety in the choice of dishes!! There are people with allergies to dairy, for example, and what should they eat if you only have pancakes? Of course, you can buy a lot of things that are missing in the store, since it is nearby. But not all people (let's say someone on a business trip) have free time to go to shops and cafes, and the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk is the first hotel in my life that offers such a poor breakfast. By the way, in the last 2 days before departure, the sour cream, which is poured on top of the pancakes, has run out. If I had known that there would be no sour cream for more than 1 day, I would have bought a jar for the hotel as a gift. The hotel guests already have almost nothing to eat for breakfast, and then this joy was also removed.
4. I asked for toilet paper myself at the reception both times when the roll ran out! The maid did not follow this at all. She only cleaned the trash from the bucket in the bathroom, but did not hang new paper, did not make the bed, and ignored the sign "room cleaning required" hung on the door. It says in the bathroom that if you want the towels to be changed, you need to take them off the hooks and hang them on the shower stall. When I did this + hung up the sign "room cleaning required", the result was 0. It was only in a personal conversation that the maid realized that the day before she had to change the bed and towels. She did it, but it was a day late.
So, let me summarize. Catching wifi only at the front door, running to the reception for toilet paper and hearing from an employee that gel and shampoo are not given out every day - these are new impressions of my life in hotels. When I paid for breakfast, sour cream was probably included in their price, but neither I nor others had it for the last 2 days of my stay. On the last day, I accidentally broke a mouthwash glass in the bathroom, because I put 2 regular-sized flat peaches on the shelf where it stood, and the shelf couldn't stand their weight, tilted down. The fasteners on this shelf, of course, are made somehow, "they keep on snot." But I paid 50 BYN for the broken glass. Of course, this price fits into the price list of the hotel, but it does not fit into my head. 1634 Russian rubles for a small glass cup from which they rinse their mouth!! And on the last day, when I pulled out all the things from the closet, he almost fell on me. It holds up somehow, like the shelf in the bathroom.
I hope that the administration of the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk will help ensure that stable Wi-Fi appears in room 412, so that breakfasts are more varied, and the maids would perform all their duties, except for garbage removal, and shampoo gel would regularly appear in the bathrooms. And then staying at your hotel will be as comfortable as possible for everyone.

The good location of the hotel, near bus stops, a very cozy cafe is a favorite place with amazing breakfasts and delicious coffee. The room is clean, there are tea cups and a teapot, water in the cooler in the hallway. It would be nothing, but one thing! In the heat, yesterday and today +29 °C, it is very stuffy and hot, since there is no air conditioner in the room! The room temperature is +28°C, it's very hot for me! It's a little cooler at night, and just a sauna during the day! At least they put a fan on.
