The location is very convenient, the rooms are not large, everything you need is there, Parking spaces in the courtyard, there is a lot of it, the kitchen is shared, most likely the order depends more on the tenants. There are nuances, but I think it's all the little things. Everything is very good for the middle segment. That's what we expected. Quiet, comfortable, stress-free. Access to the beach directly through the cafe, the price tag is adequate for the tourist area. Thanks to the hosts, we went to the meeting. Many of the vacationers say that they have been coming to this place for 6 years.

We stayed in this place with my family for two seasons - in 2017 and 2018. The advantage of this hotel is its low price and location. We were captivated by the proximity to a very nice beach with pine trees. The innkeeper is boorish, likes to argue and quarrel with the guests. The service is disgusting. The rooms themselves are average lousy, but with amenities. In the courtyard there is a kitchen area with electric stoves and tables for those who like to cook during their holidays. I had to change the room twice because the shower stall smelled of sewage. Everything is done according to the collective farm, for inexperienced guests.
