We stayed at the hotel from November 30th to November 7th. We checked in a little earlier , our room was 63 sQ m , on the 16th floor . The view was of Terminal 21, the pool and the sea. I'm not a fan of cleaning every day, but the hotel itself left a paper under the door that they regret that cleaning was not carried out in the room today) The breakfasts were varied. Egg Benedict was my favorite) passion fruit, watermelons, pineapples. Nuts , cereals , waffles , bacon , sausages , rice and pasta ! There were always plenty of sun beds at the pool. Towels are publicly available, as much as you want! We ate at the hotel once , at the pool -delicious , most importantly , I signed the receipt and paid at the check-out To terminal 21 , 5 minutes on foot . And in principle , everything is close , sometimes it took longer to take a taxi than on foot . You can easily call a taxi on the mainland and go wherever you need to go. We went to the zoo, the water park, the Wake Park and the floating market. We didn't swim in the sea , because we went to Koh Chang after that. In general, the hotel is not bad , there are few reviews and videos on it , but I think it will not leave negative impressions .

Vacationing in January 2025: 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main building and the suites, a 7-storey building with large rooms. The suites had two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, a balcony with transparent partitions. All rooms in the suites overlook the pool and the sea. There is a common corridor on the side of the road. The room was cozy, clean, everything you needed was in the room (dishes, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, even scales). Bottled water, tea, regular coffee and capsules, and soy milk were brought every day. On the day of arrival, there was a compliment from the hotel in the form of various snacks. They cleaned well, every day. The buffet was varied: in addition to the usual products, there were Thai, Indian, and Chinese dishes. The pool was clean, and each pool had lifeguards who made sure that the children did not bully and were not under the slides when they were being pulled off. When the pool was closed after sunset, it was impossible to swim because there were no rescuers. The children's room was small, but the children had plenty to do. Small children should be with their parents, older children can come by themselves (they were alone for 9 and 12 years, and with me for 3 years). You can find fault with something, but overall the impressions are very good.

Nice apartment in the very center of Pattaya. Nice pool, cool slides, though light. The kitchen is good, the cleaning is good, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, I don't want to get up) But not a beach vacation. The beach is across the street, but not very. Although we went to Ostrava and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and clear sea there.

A great family hotel with water slides and a nice pool. Good location on Pattaya Beach, relatively calm and quiet, very nice rooms with great views, excellent air conditioning, soft beds and linens (great sleep). A good breakfast. Nice Italian restaurant on site.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious, and you can bring an extra bed for a child. The room has a view of the pool and the sea. It makes no sense to pay extra for the floors. We live on the 9th floor. They wanted to go higher, but it doesn't make sense. The rooms are all one-on-one, but they asked for a surcharge of 15,000 baht for the 18th or 19th floor. They also showed luxury suites opposite, which have 7 floors and are also excellent two-room suites. The surcharge for 10 days is 60,000 t. Baht. This is one of the advantages. The cons are that the hotel is designed for Indians and Chinese, of whom 98 percent are here. Therefore, I am preparing for the fact that there will be nothing to eat in the morning. A lot of fried rice, steamed, boiled, salted, etc. I can eat eggs at home, sorry. Fruits include watermelon, pineapple, and dragon fruit. Nothing else. There is no meat, and if there is, it is impossible to eat the spice is just game. There are waffles and pancakes and that's it.. In general, for 15 times of rest in Pattaya, I can only conclude that no one has surpassed Long beach and Santara in terms of breakfasts from 5-star hotels.

A chic hotel, I recommend taking a closer look at the rooms on the upper floors, they have a mini bar with BB service where you can have a full lunch and dinner (the Swedish table is modest for breakfast, but if you know English, you will immediately understand that there is a menu and you can order additional meals for free, we didn't really find out right away), yes and the Italian restaurant next to the hotel is great.

It's not a bad hotel in general, but I don't want to come back here) at breakfast, the feeling of the dining room, the food and the choice of dishes are quite decent, the pool area is cozy, you can immediately go to the beach there and back, it can sometimes be convenient) the room is normal, but the torn and sewn bed linen is somehow not very)

August 30
This hotel was the third during our summer vacation in Thailand. My family and I visited Amari in August 2025. If you don't compare it with other hotels, everything is very good. We arrived at 12:30 p.m., the taxi doors were opened for us, our suitcases were picked up, they said they would be delivered to the room (I forgot about them later). They didn't check in right away, though, they asked us to wait until 14 o'clock, while we examined the territory. It's small, but the kids have something to do. 2 children's pools with slides, 1 adult Infinity pool. In previous reviews, I read that children under 12 are categorically not allowed in the adult pool. Right up to the scandal, you can't and that's it. I was also glad that my children are already 13. However, friends, this rule has apparently disappeared into oblivion: on the very first day, I watched kids splashing in an adult pool, well, obviously not 12 years old, and the staff did not say a word. I only saw once when vacationers brought a ball to play in the adult pool, a hotel employee came up and politely asked to play in the children's pool. Another time, they were not allowed to swim in circles in the adult pool. The pools are clean, it is clear that they are being cared for. As for the territory, it turned out to be inconvenient that the hotel has only one exit to Beach Road. To go to Terminal 21, you need to go out onto this street, go around the entire territory of the hotel and walk past the Ozo Hotel for quite a long time. The same applies to the Second Road, from which the hotel is perfectly visible. We would have made a couple more entrances and exits from different sides, for convenience, so as not to go around the entire territory. The deposit upon arrival is 1000 baht per night of stay. Two card room keys, one of which must be inserted into a special compartment to turn on the electricity in the room. The key also starts the elevator to the desired floor. The room is lovely, spacious, and I liked it. It is designed for four people - a large bed and a bunk bed for two children. There are toys on the bed! Large full-length panoramic windows, magnificent views of the city! A tour operator booked a room for us, so I do not know, it is probably more expensive with a sea view, but it's a pity, it would also be amazing to look at the sea from the 20th floor. In the room : a small refrigerator with a minibar, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a tea set, mugs for tea and coffee, a large TV (never turned on).a comfortable closet, a safe, and old furniture, of course, but everything is kept clean. Iron, ironing board, beach bag, soft, beautiful bathrobes and slippers. There are 2 bathrooms! sinks are super comfortable, a bathtub, a shower, full of shelves, full of towels - soft, fluffy, of different sizes. There are at least 2 towels under my feet, I haven't even seen this in other 5-star hotels. The towels weren't greedy at all. As many sizes as you want. It's just not entirely clear on what principle the bathroom accessories were reported. There were three of us in the room, initially there were 3 toothbrushes, 2 for the rest, later they put 2 toothbrushes each, although it is clear that there are three in the room. Water in glass bottles, so they put a lot of it, not according to the number of residents, besides, you could ask for more, the air conditioner was what you needed, not noisy, understandable in management. As much as you set the temperature, so much will blow. In previous hotels, it was flour, it was always too cold, we just had to turn it off periodically so as not to freeze. I was disappointed with the balcony. One name is that of a balcony. A tiny space that barely held a chair and a table, as well as a shabby wooden clothes dryer. In addition, there is nothing to observe from this balcony, except for the pools on the roofs of neighboring hotels. And the door to the balcony barely opened, in short, they rarely went out there. And in general, the entire 20-storey building of Amari has such balconies. There are good spacious balconies only in the building opposite across the pool, a 6-storey building where, apparently, suites are located. There are decent chairs with cushions and a table there. By the way, I saw that the guests are taken there by minicar. I liked the room cleaning on the first day, perhaps for the first time in Thailand, everything was cleaned up, towels and everything that needs to be replaced were replaced. On the second day, my daughter was in the room, she didn't like the cleaning. In the evening, they bring a compliment from the hotel - very tasty cheesecakes with cherries and coconut. Nice to meet you! The breakfasts are great, everything is there and in abundance. Breakfast was until 10:30, somehow I couldn't raise the child by 10 o'clock, I brought my daughter at 10:25, explained that the children were allowed to have breakfast without any problems, and many people around were still having breakfast, not hurriedly, the food was not removed from under anyone's nose. The child really liked the variety of waffles, toppings for them, for every taste. Fruits include watermelon, melon, dragon fruit, pineapple, longan, rhombutane, tangerines, bananas. I haven't seen passion fruit, it's a pity. The breakfast restaurant is large, but during rush hours in the morning, of course, it can be difficult to find a convenient place. It's better to have breakfast early. The hotel's contingent is mostly Indians, very few Russians, and very few Chinese. The main disadvantage of Amari is the beach. It's across the street - urban, there are no sun beds of their own. And the sea itself in this place leaves much to be desired. But we specifically chose this hotel as the third on our trip, before that we rested on Vongamat beach, hoping that we would already buy up by that time, and the Sea.we won't need much. And so it turned out. We went on an excursion to a nice island, went to a military beach, and managed to swim so that in Amari we spent time only in the pool. Beach towels are beautiful, wide, dense, they are given out with a smile, they may not even be recorded in the issue sheet, everything is very informal and therefore not intrusive and pleasant. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool, but we were out of season, and the hotel is big. I don't know how they solve this problem during the season. The sun beds themselves are good, with thick mattresses. I liked the work of the staff, everyone is very helpful, they just rush to help. At the entrance, the guard greets and salutes. On the eve of departure, a situation occurred, a child fell ill, and I had to apply for insurance at the hospital. They called a taxi to the hospital at the reception, then met me back. However, she came down for breakfast in the morning and asked for a plate of rice in the room for the child, explaining that he was ill. It took a long time to resolve this issue, we consulted with the manager, and eventually they allowed me to go into the restaurant and take this plate of rice, however, they warned me that they would not allow this tomorrow. Laughter, honestly! A 4-star hotel, some kind of savings on matches. You'd think I'd ordered a full 5-course breakfast in my room. They give this rice everywhere as an addition to the main course, especially since it's force majeure for a sick child who can't come down for breakfast himself. The check-out went without any problems, the hotel is large, there was a queue for check-out for about 12 hours, but everything went pretty quickly, the deposit was refunded, and a safe journey was made. In summary, I would like to note that I would have chosen this hotel in the future if it had not been across the street from the sea. This is the main disadvantage and significant for me.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness, room cleaning every day, lived on the 20th floor with views of both the sea and the city. Tea, coffee, water, cookies are free in the room. They brought a fruit plate as a present. Wonderful breakfasts, varied. On the territory there is a cozy recreation area with a cascading pool, comfortable sun beds, a small water park for children and a mini club. Nice bar. The sea and the city beach are across the street. 7 minutes walk to the shopping center Terminal 21.

A very cool hotel. There are two larger pools, one slide, and a couple of smaller ones. A children's center and a whole children's pool area. The rooms are large and have the most gorgeous views. The location of the hotel is very good. Near 7/11, several shopping malls are a 10-minute walk away. McDonald's. Well, in principle, all the traffic on the beach street. Volkin Street is just around the corner by tuk tuk ) 10 baht and fun )
