The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Beautiful sea view from the window in the quadruple rooms. There are no windows in budget rooms (standards). At all. Not a single one. The stench in such rooms is terrible (apparently, smoky + damp and not ventilated). We traveled with a group of 7 people, we had to pay extra to be moved to rooms with windows.
We moved into four-bed rooms with a sea view. Our room is rather tastelessly furnished (however, like the other guys from our group), but with a gorgeous view from the window.
All rooms, without exception, are dirty: there is sand on the floor, a large layer of dust on the closet. From 23.00 to 9.00, the hot water was turned off. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. We only used the refrigerator and the air conditioner. A face towel is not provided. The rooms are high, there is no elevator.
It was possible to order breakfast for 5 euros, but we did not dare ...)))
It is better to have a delicious meal in a cafe by the sea (leave the hotel and immediately turn left, and then 100 m to the right to the pier with boats.
There is a beach across the street from the hotel. Public. The hotel does not have its own beach. Sun beds are paid and expensive - 400 liras per day. The beach is sandy and dirty (a lot of cigarette butts), the water in the sea is amazingly clean, the entrance is gentle, good for small children.
In general, Amasra is a beautiful town, I advise you to visit it, but it is better not to stay at this hotel.
