Level 11 Local Expert

Rooms of different levels. There is not enough elementary chair, closet space, towel hook. Cleaning consists of changing towels and throwing out the trash. They don't even sweep the floors. They don't change the bed, they just turn it inside out. If you just want to spend the night, then it will do.

We liked everything:the room is large, bright, cleaned every day, convenient location, there were no problems with the staff, there was always a Thai-Russian person during the day, it was quite normal to find out everything. But when we were evicted, we were deceived, you read the baht for what we did not use, and there was no translator at 4 a.m. In general, everything is fine.

The floors are rarely washed in the room, the floors are dirty on the balcony, the deluxe room, cockroaches run in the bathroom, I also saw cockroaches running in the dining room (((( breakfasts are monotonous. The location is in the thick of the party and city traffic. I didn't like the hotel itself. Even though we had an express number, that doesn't mean he has to be killed. Everything needs to be repaired. It is not comfortable that there was no window at all. We took a ticket where breakfast and dinner were included. This is the most successful combination if you do not plan to sit still. The food is good. Some waiters with a strained smile. One girl always served me a tattered old menu, and her husband was clean and brand new))) Sometimes they pretend that they did not understand you. And they act as it suits them. The breakfasts are excellent. Dinners too. Three stars because of the room. The toilet was smelly, so it was poorly treated. The bed linen was changed on time. They cleaned up well. The furniture is dead. A plug was falling out of the socket. Towels were brought washed, but stained, and not in the singular and not small. It's not pleasant. The box where the napkins were, I'm afraid to think what they were in, so they weren't used. But this is a hotel, and it's a small thing if everything is fine with the food. Otherwise, we had a great rest!

We have already written about this hotel that there may be problems with the delivery of rooms, so we examined almost everything for defects in the room, but did not take into account that they can be replaced right at the time of delivery. While we were weighing our luggage downstairs and waiting for the bus to the airport, it turned out that we had "smashed" the TV. We went up to the room, and there was a TV with a vertical crack on the screen, which of course was not there 10 minutes ago. I managed to fight back, threatening that I would raise a scandal. We didn't have cockroaches in the room, but one couple from Russia did, another countryman told how the faulty drainage of the air conditioner flooded all his things with water.
