I do not know on what principle you recruit employees to the store, but this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such tactlessness and rudeness from the staff!
I didn't get around to writing, but it's impossible to ignore it. I don't know the employee's name, I remember that she has short, dark hair.
While I was being helped to choose alcohol by an (adequate) salesperson, a woman (probably she is the manager) walked around the store and just screamed obscenities. She saw me, she passed by me several times. At the same time, without reducing her tone, she continued to behave boorishly, and in the end she began to water the seller. Then I couldn't stand it and tactfully said that I was thinking about it. Reactions 0, gone.
What is going on in this store anyway? No desire to come in and buy anything. The incident occurred last Friday and I REALLY hope that it will not be ignored and this lady will be punished or fired.
The seller (blonde), who helped choose the wines, apologized many times for this psychopath. But I would like to hear it from the head (or whoever this boor is, there you have to)

An inadequate salesperson or manager works in this store. (I don't know her position). Dark-haired with a short haircut. Last Friday, while we were choosing wine, this lady just screamed obscenities at the whole store right in front of me.Completely unashamed of me (the client).
I was completely shocked and do not understand where such staff is recruited from.
I have no desire to return to the store, although the location is right next to my house.
To the blonde who helped choose the wine, thank you. She even blushed and apologized for her employee.
I advise you to choose your employees more carefully, while there are still at least some customers.
