It's a great cafe, the receptionist is cool, she looks at you from above through the camera, keeps order. The food is delicious, the music is good, the musician knows the songs, sings well, the waiters are nimble and do not sleep at work. In general, I give a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere inside is cozy, if you haven't been, you won't go anywhere else, there is a strong cafe rating to sit with friends, hold a corporate party, or a celebration, and invite a girl on a date. The place itself is beautiful. But the service is terrible. I asked the waiter to tell me how the meat is prepared in a rustic way , to which I was told that these were pieces of meat with pieces of potatoes , there was no further explanation .The waiter himself is not friendly. Tends to take the order faster and leave to sit in a corner on a chair on the phone. I ordered veal with mushrooms in cream sauce . The sauce is delicious , the mushrooms are tender, the meat can 't be chewed, it's just rubbery! My husband ordered a cradle, which turned out to be dry . We have been in Kazakhstan for 2 weeks now, my husband often ordered lula, everywhere it was very juicy and delicious that he sometimes even ordered 2 servings. But then, alas, the food and service leaves much to be desired!

We saw this cafe on Instagram with friends. We decided to visit. The interior is nice. That's all. A disgusting cook. The sailor salad was with frozen fish. When it was melted, water naturally appeared in the salad. It is impossible to eat. We ordered shrimp. We waited for more than an hour. We were reminded several times. The order is taken by 1 waiter, brought by someone else. And there are always questions - did you order this? This salad is your order. . I didn't like the music. Turned on after 22. Then a break for 25 minutes. It's not clear why. And in the end, they brought the bill "with the addition " of what we did not order. The evening is ruined. The cafe was disappointing. Although it was planned to celebrate others there.
