I really liked it, the price is 5% quality, the room was taken by a higher category, I did not book it, but after reading the reviews I was afraid to go, but everything is fine, the room has clean white linen, numbered of course, towels are also white and new, at the reception there is knowledge of several foreign languages in English, Russian and local of course)) There is a place for people to go their separate ways, the staff is hospitable, and the breakfast is excellent. I advise you, yes, it's a little further from the center, there are some construction shops around, but for 3 manats you can safely take a taxi to the center. We didn't even stay in hotels, so it's best to spend the night and go about our business)

We stayed at the Amazon Hotel for 4 days. Very convenient location — near the bazaar, the Heydar Aliyev center and the store. The room is clean, the staff is polite and always ready to help (especially Ali and Elnur).Breakfasts are 5 out of 10. It's only because of the staff that I want to return to this hotel. Overall, we were satisfied, and we'll come back again. I recommend it!

I do not recommend it, the location is unfortunate, the rooms are dirty, they are very poorly cleaned, the bed and linen are battered, the plumbing in the toilet and in the shower cabin, like herself, needs to be replaced. The hallway on the 4th floor constantly smells of either fried onions or fried eggs in the morning, the room stinks of cigarettes, the ventilation does not work at all. The door from the room to the balcony is not locked with a key, although the balcony is designed for 2 rooms, some kind of trash. And it doesn't bother anyone. 2 stars only for breakfast, the waiter there does his best for everyone.

The worst hotel I've ever visited. There is almost nothing for breakfast, they do not replenish. The rooms are dirty (we took two rooms), there are problems with payments and refunds, toilets are not working, there is no refrigerator and the doors do not close, they do not give an iron. Despite booking a week in advance, the hotel was checked in for a long time and rooms were not prepared; there are no towels and pillowcases.

I do not recommend the Amazon Hotel in Baku. It all started with the fact that upon arrival we were checked into the wrong room that we had booked. As the staff explained, there was some kind of malfunction in our room. However, the shower cabin in this room was leaking, as a result of which all the water flowed onto the floor and formed a large puddle. The next day, we were moved to our original room. It was the worst room I've ever lived in. Firstly, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, and especially in the bathroom. As it turned out later, the reason was in the shower stall, in which the tiles were covered with mold. In addition, the bathroom floor was strewn with black hair. The most unpleasant thing is that even after cleaning, this hair remained lying on the floor. The water was constantly changing temperature: from barely warm to cool, and only sometimes was hot enough. Secondly, the condition of the room was deplorable: the wallpaper had peeled off in places, and in some places they had been glued in parts over it. Bed linen: he also had short black hair, the origin of which remains a mystery. Perfumes were also stolen.
