Amazon... Once a small startup that became a trading giant. My impressions are exclusively related to the American Amazon. The first purchases were made a long time ago, when visiting the States, at the same time there was an unpleasant impression. One of the parcels, which (just a minute!) had a gold chain with a pendant, was left by the courier at the wrong door. Well, the neighbors turned out to be decent people and returned it, but I searched for the parcel on my own. The employees of the organization did not have any sense of responsibility for the possible loss of the paid goods. And a recent example is December 2024. An online order was made for several items and food.Tips for food for the courier were withdrawn from the card on their own. And another question: did the courier actually receive the money? I read that the organization charged customers for courier delivery, but hid this money from couriers, for which it was subsequently punished with multimillion-dollar fines. As for things... Firstly, some items were delivered in 2 copies, which was not in the order. And secondly, the write-off was made twice.: both in the original currency of the card and in US dollars. It is impossible to understand the situation. The chatbot does not accept a written complaint online. A recommendation is given to call. When trying to make a call, a recommendation is given to leave a phone number for feedback. They say everyone is busy right now, we'll call you back ourselves. You leave the phone (the staff one, of course) -it turns out that they can't call back either! This is such a vicious circle and complete lawlessness. I want to say that it is quite understandable why Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, regularly ranks among the three richest people in the world...) And yes... Long live Ozone!)
