I visited this institution, the impressions were terrible. starting with the fact that half of the dishes are simply not available, the order is accepted and after a while they come and say that this is not there. the order was waited for a long time, as a result, they brought an order on which a worm was crawling!!!! after showing it to the waiter, she took the plate away, returned without the worm and said it was almonds, although there was a video with the worm. The administrator came up and demanded proof that there was a worm there. after seeing the video, the administrator said that he would make a 9% discount, but it never happened!

We came to have a quick meal together, the hostess clarified how long we plan to stay in the institution and warned that our table would be free until 21:00 (we arrived at 18 and planned to eat in an hour and a half). We ordered two rolls: tempura and baked and two cocktails, the waitress asked if we were ready to wait for tempura for 20-30 minutes, and received the answer that there was no problem, given that the second roll would be prepared in 15 minutes. But for 15 minutes we waited only for drinks, after 45 minutes our long-awaited tempura roll was brought and after another 10 we brought the one that should be ready in 15. But as it turned out, they did not bring what we ordered, but the waiters, who do not seem to work for very long, do not understand where they have what dish, we were offered to leave what they had prepared. We ordered desserts, which we promised to cook in 15-20 minutes, and waited for almost 30 of them. It is unclear who works in the kitchen and how it happens that the waiters do not understand at all what their actual waiting time is. Two stars for a pleasant hostess and a waiter who at least tried to apologize.

The unit is still an overestimate! I'll start small: there is not even hand soap in the toilet, I'm not talking about hand disinfection. Salads and cold appetizers were waiting for more than 40 minutes, cocktails did not lag behind the set delay time. Spinach was replaced with arugula in the salad and they didn't even warn about it. Lida velvety draft beer is worse than tap water, except for the color and name from the menu, there was nothing from it, I refused. Desserts were waiting for a very long time, so I had to give them up and ask for a receipt, which incidentally included the cost of desserts and draft beer. After our check, a new one was brought. In general, I won't even go to the toilet in this place!
And of course the reptiles are super!

It was always comfortable, delicious and pleasant. The last time on March 3 was trash: the hookah was carried for 1.5 hours and as a result it was burned, redone, the salad was waited for an hour, and the soup was 1.5. The soup turned out to be too salty so that it was impossible to eat. At the next table, other customers were also outraged because of waiting 1.5 hours for their dishes. The situation is saved only by animals, they are cute. I don't want to go there any time soon.

It was not possible to check the advantages of this institution for yourself. We got acquainted only with the cons. In a few days, we booked a table for a certain time, and three guest suites were added to it. When we came to the institution, we hovered at the entrance for a long time, because the staff did not notice us at close range. In the end, when we were finally taken to the table, we were informed that there were only two cooks working in the kitchen, they could not cope, and therefore the pre-ordered gastronets would have to wait at least an hour and a half, and maybe more. And in general, they suddenly ran out of food, so the waiters had to run to the store and buy the necessary ingredients. Given the fact that it was already 9 o'clock in the evening, there was no desire to stay and wait in the hope that the order would be brought by 11 o'clock at night (unless something else runs out). And it is unlikely that you will want to waste time on this institution again.

There are stains on the walls, and there is one big stain on the carpet at the entrance. one star is here only thanks to the good staff and delicious cuisine, everything else is one fat minus. Then they brought the menu and forgot about us again... There was a very long delay during the serving of dishes, 2 dishes and then almost an hour of waiting... Plus, we wanted to take a photo with a snake and a chameleon, because this is a feature of the institution, but they refused us. We were in the evening, and I can only attribute this nuance to the fact that the animals were tired during the day, and in this case I am on the side of the animals! As a result, it was not possible to smoke for the first 20 minutes due to excessive strength, to which the hookah master said that some kind of new tobacco and accidentally turned out to be stronger than the declared one.Next, there was coffee in the order and 200ml was declared on the menu, and as a result they brought 2 times less.
for the 2nd time, I decided to go to the institution with my husband and booked a table in advance, but we were late for the time, we were warned about this by phone, to which they replied that this was not a problem. I asked for a table in a certain room, but my request was not fulfilled, I said so and they still sat us down there, but they told us to wait 10 minutes until they prepared it. The table was sticky and wet, but we stayed.Further, according to the menu, there was no order for half of the dishes, the last straw was the 3rd position on the menu, which also did not turn out to be.
Conclusion:if you want to look at the reptiles, you can go in from the street and touch them, many do so, creating a huge crowd of people at the terrarium. The menu-half of the dishes are missing, they cheat on the declared portion yield, there is no customer orientation.
It is not worth wasting time and nerves in this institution

Secondly, the waiter does not know how to communicate with visitors. When asked how long to wait for the dish, we were answered "30-35 minutes, or maybe more, I do not know."
Pizza dough is bland, not tasty.
