THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!! I stayed at this hotel with a children's sports team, as we were attending a sports competition. I did not have the opportunity to purchase engine oil for my car (oil is not sold in my country). . I went to the reception to get help, they ordered the oil for me but it was fake and cost four times less, I paid 400 dollars. After that, the receptionist started making up stories to avoid returning the money. I went to the hotel manager and wanted to call the police, but she assured me that they would return the money or send the engine oil to my country. Now it's been a month, and no one is responding to my messages or returning the money. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a situation, where people we trust are deceiving us when we choose a hotel to visit a particular country. Please ask the hotel management to address this issue.

I put "4" with a very big stretch. On the first night after checking in, we were put in a room with exposed wiring and broken plumbing. If you drove in with a child and didn't notice it, and he stuck his finger in there... well, you know yourself. After contacting the desk clerk the next day, we were replaced with a room on the 3rd floor, very nice and cozy, with a balcony (which is very rare here). Next, I will put it point by point.: Staff: The receptionist is very polite and friendly. Solves all problems. Very friendly. The restaurant staff is quite passive, but if you ask them for something, they will always give it. But there is no such thing that they will do it on an intuitive level. The cleaners are very bad at cleaning the rooms, dirt on the floor, linen is changed every other time. I slightly stained the sheet with sauce, the next day they didn't replace it for me, but just put it on the other side (in my legs). Rooms: As I said, our first room was terrible. Next, it's very nice and cozy. The rooms are very dim, there is not enough light. The light bulbs are of different colors and I would recommend taking an extension cord with you, since there were only 2 sockets in the first room (there is only one by the bed). The plumbing is normal. It's better to bring your toiletries with you too - they don't replenish them, except for hand soap. They bring water every day. The rooms also have tea and coffee bags and a kettle for heating water. Be prepared for the constant sounds of car horns, they greet each other like that and do not neglect to honk once again under the windows. The rooms also have very good audibility, any sound from behind the room door will be clearly audible. And the doors slam "okay." Meal: The breakfasts are good and satisfying, and a special love here is the veranda with panoramic views of the sea and the city. The menu always had omelets, eggs, sausages, French fries, cucumbers, tomatoes, jams, butter, cereals, milk, and so on. If you arrive early, it will all be on the tables. All day long, you can drink coffee from the machine and tea on the veranda, or inside. The Internet: There is Wi-Fi, it is free. But if you are a freelancer, it is better to buy it in advance, this WiFi is not enough for that. Hall: It's quite cozy, you can sit and work at your computer if it's not convenient in the room. Large plasma in the lobby. It seems like you can turn on anything. Location: Nearby there is an exchange office with a good exchange rate, food shops, a pharmacy, a laundry nearby and a bunch of restaurants and street food. To get to the Grand Bazaar (if you want to take the tram), you will need to climb very high, be prepared for a good cardio workout every day. There is also a train station nearby, you can drop a coin on the board. Bottom line: ask for rooms on the 3rd floor with balconies. Try to draw your desk clerk's attention to all the problems, they solve them. There are many problematic issues with cleaning, cleanliness and service, but for such money it is hardly possible to find something better in the European part of Istanbul, in my subjective opinion.

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of October. I got a room on the 2nd floor, with a view of the courtyard, it's quiet there. The room is not big, everything you need is there, the bed is very large and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. Everything was working in my soul. We woke up in the morning to the cries of seagulls and the sound of a mosque. We had breakfast on the roof, very nice!!! The breakfast was normal, we had enough, we were full for a long time. Coffee and tea can be drunk until nightfall. All the amenities are nearby, just climbing the hill. The embankment is on the contrary down, we walked in the evenings. To the right is a shopping district, with many cafes and shops. Migros at the port, on the embankment. We were satisfied with everything, we are satisfied with everything!!!
