The next day, they called back to the store themselves, just in case, they clarified whether the order had been accepted and whether everything would be normal with delivery. The manager confirmed everything. It's been 5 days, and we're waiting. It's already evening — no coffee, no call from the courier. We call back to the store ourselves, but it turns out that we don't have any delivery today, something didn't fill in the address there and the delivery was canceled. And how and when were we supposed to find out about this? It wasn't the first time we placed an order in this store, but it would be the last. Judging by the trainload of negative reviews lately, the store just doesn't give a damn about customers. Well, okay, it's mutual )

I want to share my shopping experience so that other people don't fall for this trap. Technically, they don't violate anything, they do have rules for accruing/debiting bonus points, but! What's the point: when forming an order, the "bonus points for crediting to the next purchase" are immediately noticeable, and as a rule, the amount is not small compared to the bonuses of other online stores. But! But!but! If you write off at least one penny when making an order! then no bonus points are awarded at all.... Thus, after placing an order for about 200 rubles, bonuses of 6p +- were expected, but in fact, due to the write-off of 0.11 unfortunate kopecks, bonuses were not accrued.
