They sell defective goods under the guise of a new one. I did not see it at acceptance, the next day I applied for a replacement of the product, they refused, because there is a defect, which I stated, although I did not use the product. I do not recommend this store, it is not customer-oriented and deceiving consumers out of the blue.

At home, the device did not work - it turned out that the TIANQIU battery included with the device (date of manufacture 08/2022) was dead. A GP battery was found at home, manufactured on 01/2017. After replacing the battery, the device started working.

Such a violation can threaten you with a serious violation and a fine. There should always be exchangeable funds at the trading facility. I ordered Maestro Grill SK620. I have already contacted the store many times. Because I am always satisfied with the availability of the product, the price and the speed of delivery. It is convenient that there is a possibility of pickup. All employees of the online store are polite, correct and friendly. At the pick-up point on Chkalov, the guys even help to carry heavy goods to the car, after carefully checking the complete set of goods. As a last resort, the grill was taken away, the goods were in a box in disassembled form. But that didn't stop me from counting all the components, putting them neatly back in the box and helping to carry them to the car.
