I ordered a laptop. The product arrived with a missing engraving/print on the keys, an unsuitable power supply cable, and Windows 11 with a license that does not support any language packs other than Chinese. I don't speak Chinese very well) so I asked to fix everything, left a request to the warranty department. I understand everything, everything can happen, even such incidents happen, but everything can be fixed. And that's where the fun started. AMD started doing everything not to take the product away from me, they wrote that it was impossible to make a print /engraving, that I myself had to install some kind of language pack, digging into Chinese Windows, they wanted to bring the wire themselves, but they still couldn't bring it. After a week-long battle, the buk was still taken away and disappeared again. I can't reach anyone, I can only write to the management by e-mail, from which, of course, there were no answers. I need a beech tree for work, but for the third week I just don't have it. If I call someone, they just say that they will pass my question somewhere else. The service is zero. The competence of the employees of the warranty department is the same, which is confirmed by correspondence with them in the messenger.

I ordered a hair iron. They sent the goods that were obviously defective with a leaky wire, while they did not forget to put the documents on the return of the named product to another store due to a defect) “Those. support” responds with a couple of messages a day, that is, it took 3 days to negotiate a refund for the product. Refunds are made only in cash, for which you need to go to them at one of the pick-up points. It's just a disgusting job, both for the store itself and for the “support” service. I do not advise anyone to buy anything from them.

I do not recommend the store, the disgusting service and the disregard for customers. I placed an order at the pick-up point. Waiting time is 7 days. Well, I think it's OK, I'll wait. The day before the receipt, we receive a text message stating that the product is out of stock. Not only did I wait for so many days in vain, but they didn't even call, they just sent me an SMS.... But not all SMS messages are checked....
