I ordered a vacuum cleaner as a gift by 17.00 the next day. In the morning they called and said that the order would be delivered from 12-16. At 16.30 I dialed myself, they said that the courier had confused it and would bring it until 22.00. They called the courier, asked him to enter the position, said that he had a route.... I had to search the store urgently. The attitude towards customers is negligent!

I do not advise you to associate AMD and Ozon with this store and pick-up points. 1) I don't give my name or badge to employees without identification marks. 2) I don't know who employs them, but I advise them to test their knowledge of the Russian language. There was a person with extended eyelashes. The refund was approved by Ozone. This person refused to accept it, referring to the fact that the bOts approve of it, I only realized from the third time that she meant bots. 3)This person does not know which organization she works for, as I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions. She said they didn't have one. They asked where she was and spread their hands. When calling her friend, she also said that they had no books and she might not know where she was. It was only when I went to the information wall that I found a piece of paper where it was clearly stated in black and white that the book was located at that address. And I gave her this leaflet for review. I had to spend 2 days to return the product. I advise organizations to think about who they hire, to conduct training on which documents and where they are located, where they need to be addressed, and to conduct tests on knowledge of the main points of communication and knowledge of the basic words used in the work.

AMD service center managers.by, when transmitting information to the Triovist service center, they did not send a request statement with the machine, which indicates all the malfunctions. In addition, after talking with the specialists of the Triovist service center, it turned out that the car was diagnosed 3 days after its transfer to the service center amd.by The 53rd day of diagnosis and repair is underway, the car has not been diagnosed.
