I order on AMD.This is NOT the first time. Many thanks to Sergey, the employee of the order pick-up point, for his help in choosing the product! Although this is not part of his duties. (I bought a Bort steam cleaner). Promptly, politely, pleasantly and clearly explained everything, took the product out of the package, checked, packed, and prompted about the extended warranty. In general... only positive emotions from the purchase and service in amd.by . I bought, I buy and I will order more here! I ordered an installation (with all components) and a hygienic shower, unfortunately the shower did not fit the design and organomics of the room, I had to return it. There were no difficulties with the return. Unfortunately, it was not possible to arrange delivery to the pick-up point, they referred to an oversized product (the toilet is heavy, the installation itself is high 1.3 m in a box), I had to pay for delivery. In the same 21st century, there are no problems with this.

But in the case of contacting under warranty, problems begin, delivery times are not met, repairs under warranty are not performed, referring to non-warranty cases. If you do not point a finger at the malfunction, then probably the product is not even checked, you had to send it again with evidence. I do not advise buying in this store if the product warranty is a priority for you.
