Disgusting company. The goods were delivered with a defect. They don't want to refund the money and replace the product. They're cheating on the phone, they say we'll decide today, I've been chasing them for a week now. I have to contact the Consumer Protection Society. Don't have anything to do with them.

I placed an order on December 24 with delivery on December 29 . On the 29th, the consultant calls tearfully apologizes and complains that there are a lot of orders, they say, he offered to postpone delivery to December 30 and assured me that 100% would be done. I listened and agreed, and even on the morning of December 30, I called and asked that the goods be delivered ?I was told yes, it's in stock, waiting for delivery. As a result, on the 30th, another consultant calls me and says the delivery has failed and is already being offered for January 3rd.It 's just awful .draw your own conclusions

I do not recommend buying anything from this seller. We saw an offer - a returned robot vacuum cleaner with a discount (400 rubles instead of 500) Well, we think they just returned it, I didn't like the color, the seller didn't say the reason for the return, despite the question asked several times. We ordered it at the pick-up point, we open the box - the vacuum cleaner is completely dead, it feels like it was used in a warehouse or office 3 times a day for a year. The hair is wrapped around the wheels (they didn't even bother to remove it!!!), scratches all over the body, dust brushes and all other consumables are completely worn out. That is, how dishonest do you have to be to pass off a similar product as a new one, "just an open box," and expect me not to check. Total darkness
