Terrible experience with the return of goods: the employee himself ruined the box and refused to refund the money When viewing the photos in Viber, the refund was approved. At the PVZ, the employee said that they could not return the product because it did not match the sent photos. At the same time, the staff tried to convince me that I was to blame and there were no defects in the photo. Upset, I went home, because they refused to help me, the answer was simply "no" When I got home, I was in terrible shock, because they gave me the box like this. It was torn from the inside by a PVZ employee. It is useless to apply again, because now the product is really of inadequate quality. The employee tore it up himself — he accused me and refused to return the funds.

We saw an offer - a returned robot vacuum cleaner with a discount (400 rubles instead of 500) Well, we think they just returned it, I didn't like the color, the seller didn't say the reason for the return, despite the question asked several times. We ordered it at the pick-up point, we open the box - the vacuum cleaner is completely dead, it feels like it was used in a warehouse or office 3 times a day for a year. The hair is wrapped around the wheels (they didn't even bother to remove it!!!), scratches all over the body, dust brushes and all other consumables are completely worn out. That is, how dishonest do you have to be to pass off a similar product as a new one, "just an open box," and expect me not to check. Total darkness

Disgusting service and a ruined holiday! I ordered a Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 6.5L MAF10 aerogrill in black as a gift to my mother. The order was placed on 10.10.2025 by pickup in Brest on 12.10.2025. The order was deliberately placed 10 days before the required date so that there would be a time reserve. The order was not delivered on the specified date. On 10/14/2025, after contacting technical support, they called back and said that the necessary product was not in stock, they offered the same product, but in white. After agreeing with the recipient of the gift, I agreed and was promised to deliver the goods on 17.10.2025. I asked several times if the goods would arrive on time and clarified that it was a gift and needed by a specific date, to which I was assured that everything would arrive on time, but the goods did not arrive again. On 18.10.2025, after another call to technical support, they said that the courier did not have my product in the car, they would deliver it on 21.10.2025 (which is after the date I needed). As a result, I had to cancel the order and buy in another offline store much more expensive out of stock. The result: undelivered goods, wasted nerves and additional costs It's a terrible store, I'll never go to it again and I won't advise anyone who wants to receive their goods on time!

I purchased 5 fans on 02/20/25, one of them with an obvious defect (the bearing is buzzing) I called the warranty office on 02/21, informed the girl about the problem, and asked for help to solve the situation faster - to replace the fan (the product is in perfect condition, new), because I often purchased a lot of goods in this store, hoping for a quick solution to my problem. The girl from the warranty department replied that the product can be serviced for up to 14 days, to my request to review and resolve the issue faster, because the fan is not expensive, and the problem is obvious, and the product is not difficult to technical (which the girl does not even know about), I did not receive any reaction, 14 days and that's it. A completely non-customer-oriented store. If there is a warranty case, no one will help you in any way. The girl's wishes are to listen a little, and not work exclusively according to the methodology. We are ready to lose regular customers, no matter what. This is the last order I made at this store. upd: I had to take it under warranty, it was repaired (lubricated), and there are also a lot of questions here, why should I repair it, it's a new fan, I refused to take it away, and only after that the issue was closed with a refund. And so I had to do all this for a couple of fans. $

In the middle of the week, he called himself, asked if it was exactly in stock, since other stores no longer had the right model. Once again, confirm that there is definitely something in stock, expect it. As a result, they called back on the eve of delivery - there is no right size and model, there will be no delivery. They also did not offer an alternative option for the right size. We were very disappointed, considering that it is the season, prices have increased over the week of waiting, and the range of tires is decreasing. The attitude towards customers is simply not caring.

Apparently they don't care about SERM and what the client thinks, because others will come in his place. We worked with them as a legal entity, abandoning the 21st century as a partner in the supply of equipment for our two organizations. At first everything went well, then the jambs began in the documents, then they did not bring the full order, then they were delivered on time. But... when you place an order, you call them back so that everything is in stock, you replace the position in the order with the one that is in stock, but still the whole order does not arrive, because the position that you replaced, in order not to wait, you still need to wait - it's a surprise. I do not know and do not understand what they have and what they do not have, they do not understand when all this will arrive... the service is depressing... and the managers are not very confused about you and your problem... well, or it's easier for them to lose 2 companies as customers for good amounts of purchases. I ordered a 3D printer from a store AMD.by . From the first minutes of interaction, difficulties arose. 1. Delivery and first impression. The courier called 15 minutes before the agreed time. I warned that I would be delayed for 5-10 minutes, and asked to come a little later. In response, I heard dissatisfaction, but the courier agreed. When I arrived (the delay was 5 minutes), the courier behaved inappropriately: he quickly left the box and the warranty card, which did not contain the serial number. I was not allowed to sign the documents and inspect the goods — the courier immediately left. 2. Marriage detection. On the same day, when I examined the printer, I found a defect: the strap clip was missing, and the strap itself was torn (several centimeters were missing). There were no scraps in the package. 3. Contacting the warranty department. On the day the defect was discovered, I filed an application with the warranty department. There was no response over the weekend. On Monday, I called myself to clarify the status. It turned out that the application was not registered (perhaps there was a system error or the number was incorrectly specified). I have submitted the application again. The next day, an employee of the warranty department called me back and informed me that the printer needed to be checked to confirm the factory defect. She offered to pick up the goods by courier in the interval from 18:00 to 23:00. I replied that I was working until 20:00 and would only be able to transfer the printer after that time. The employee confirmed that she would give the courier information that it was necessary to arrive after 20:00. 1. Disruption of the courier's visit. On the same day, at about 17:40, the courier called me and informed me that he was ready to come. I explained that we had agreed on a time after 20:00. In response, the courier loudly stated that he was not working at that time and did not know anything about it. As a result, he agreed to arrive at 21:00 and promised to call back closer to that time. However, the call was not received at the appointed time. After 21:00, I tried to call the courier, but he did not answer. Calls to the company's support also proved fruitless, as the working day was already over. The courier did not arrive that day. The next day, they wrote to me on Viber that the courier hadn't arrived because I wasn't there. At the moment, I have lost the desire to cooperate with this company and answer calls. We will repair the printer ourselves, but the time and money spent on spare parts have not been refunded.

On the day when I was supposed to be delivered, they call and say we don't have such a product in stock, not even in stock. And they say: - At best, it will be only in 2-3 weeks. And the price will be without discounts for you. And then everything became clear… That's how irresponsibly they approached the customer, my product either disappeared somewhere, or it was sold to someone else, or they appropriated it for themselves. That was it, but it floated (and we understand what's really going on ; D) Then I look half a day has passed, and the product is back in stock, only at a completely different price))) I immediately call them, and I didn't hear anything new: -oh, sorry, this is some kind of mistake, we don't have such a product yet, and that's it… And immediately after a minute the product disappears from the store again))

But how else? After such differences, it is not particularly desirable to work with this company… as expected, this is my subjective opinion based on personal feelings, experiences, perceptions and emotions. The grinder purchased on AMDbai was repaired under warranty. After 2 weeks, the warranty repair department reported that it was repaired. Upon receipt, I found that the malfunction had not been eliminated, and the repair was partially completed. Re-put it into repair. And only a week later they admitted that it was not possible to repair and recommended ordering a similar one with an additional payment in the cost difference. I think that such treatment of clients is at least not culturally appropriate.

Plus one star for a successful first order. It's good when everything is fine. And if it's not very good, be ready to wait, call, figure it out, wait again, write ... It would seem that the most banal situation - a defective product - turned out to be stretched for more than a month, a burden. First, take the marriage to a certain (and not the nearest) pick-up point, then wait for the stated "up to two weeks" for verification (in fact, exactly 2 weeks), the marriage was confirmed even a day later only after my call. Refund money either in cash again at a certain (not the nearest) pick-up point, or to a card. It seems like the choice is obvious. but! There's a catch. Accounting does not know how to transfer money to a card except with the withdrawal of a commission from you. And this, for a moment, is 10% of the refund amount up to 500 rubles. Maybe Alfa-Bank cardholders were more lucky, but my Savings Bank and I had to kill a lot of time sorting this out and waiting for the full payment. I will consider the commission from the commission finally returned as payment for the lesson not to contact this store anymore.

I ordered a cable for the phone, found a marriage already at home, and gave it to this pick-up point under warranty (since only here you can give it for diagnosis). I agreed to replace the product. They said they would deliver it in 3 days - wait for the SMS. A week has passed - no SMS, no call. I'm calling myself again - the application is hanging, expect to be contacted today. I do not know how it will go further, but I have already regretted 100 times that I contacted this online store. They blatantly lie about the terms of communication of diagnostics under warranty, delivery, and no one is going to do anything until you personally call and you will not pry. UPD: after another 2 weeks, they promised several times that they would deliver it to the house personally, they did not deliver it at any specified time, and every time I write and call them myself. The main thing is that I'm STILL waiting for the goods or money. No one returns or contacts anything. They only promise. That's horrible. Save your nerves, money and time. The seller refuses to deliver the product even if you have already paid for it. I ordered the be quiet case! Pure Base 500 BGW34 by paying in advance via onliner pay. At first, the delivery date was overdue, then they brought me a BG034 instead of what I ordered (a model without glass). For 2 days I tried to get a solution to the problem, but the staff promised to call back and did not call back. It was only at the end of the second day after I wrote to the management email that the call finally arrived. I was told that there is no such model and there is no way to put it on, although they still have it on sale in the onliner catalog. All I was offered was to pick up that cheaper model without glass BG034 with a ridiculous 5% discount from the price of BGW34 (it's easier to pay extra for 500DX), which seemed to be still at the pick-up point, then it was already lost somewhere. I decided to put an end to this epic because I had no nerves left. During the time this desk was fooling my head, the case went up in price 2 times (probably that's why I didn't actually get it). If you do not want to get to the money (because of the loss of time, you will now have to buy 2 times more expensive in another store), spend a lot of time and nerves bypassing this seller.
