The worst thing that has happened to me in my whole life, I will never recommend it to anyone, I have never delivered an item on time when it was needed day in and day out. They couldn't even bring it to the PVZ. The order was placed at the PVZ on Thursday, it was delivered on Friday after 20:00, when the item was before 21, they did not send an SMS. And on Saturday, the PVZ does not work)) It's just a hassle. The worst store in principle of all existing ones.

I give 5 stars for the prompt solution of the issue on the part of the store. The lid was immediately replaced with a new one. Not a high-quality product can be everywhere, but the main thing is how the store solves such issues.

I had to urgently look for where I could buy the thing I needed. It was also fun when a lady called on the 4th, asking if I would pick up the goods at all, her voice sounded like her hamster had died at least, or she was the same hachiko as me and she also did not receive goods with AMD buy. At least don't offend your own people, otherwise you'll come to work one day, and the girl is hanging from the ceiling, that's exactly the feeling in her voice.

This is not the first time! I don't think it's worth ordering anything from them!

The choice fell on amd.by, namely the pick-up point on Makayenka 12A. The order was placed on 08/09/25 (Saturday), I received a message that it would arrive at the point on 08/11/25 (Monday), and I am pleased and looking forward to the update. And what do you think? Monday is coming, half a day has passed, and there is no additional message. Well, I was kind of upset and thought that they would bring it in the evening. I specifically had to involve strangers in this so that they could take the monitor and help me with transportation, since I live outside the city. The evening was coming, I looked at the clock and it was almost 9. There was no message/ call. I call there and find out that my monitor has not even been brought to the warehouse. I'm done! I lay down flat from bitterness and resentment. After all, how so! I waited all day, made plans, and stressed other people out. I had to order home delivery... (it costs 15 rubles), they refused to do the delivery for free, despite their own mistake, they just apologized to me and promised to bring it the next day from 12 to 4. I let go of their mistake and sighed. I've made plans for the evening so that I can take delivery in the afternoon. But that was not the case! "Mikhail" calls me and says that he will be brought to me from 18 to 22. I'm already done, I'm already at the limit. I'm asking if it's okay to hurry up, because I have my own things to do for the evening. The answer just killed: "No, you can't, your order is going to a distant settlement." I live 20 minutes from M.Uruchye. They delivered it in the evening, and the loader shoved it at me with the words: "Go pay off," but TO CHECK? Suddenly they brought me some broken junk. He started unpacking ..., but this is a separate circus and another story. P.S. In the end, the monitor was brought, it works, there are no questions about it. The rest have a lot of questions and three hundred thousand wishes. I'll add that they send you a tracker where the courier with the order should have been visible, but as a result, there is no one there. The order cannot be tracked. Thank you all for reading it. I'll never order here again in my life.
