Especially the new "administrator", if you can call him that, of course, is not suitable at all. We've been visiting you for a long time, and we've been disappointed in the last 2 months. Is it the norm to refuse a client at 19:00? to the question "can I get a haircut?" To which I hear "no" 2 times in a row, what do you mean?!
