Food, service, staff, territory, beach, bars, play and recreation areas, mini zoo, swimming pools, animation for children and adults, children's attractions, spa(many offers, did not visit) are only worthy of 5+. I spent 7.5 days in this hotel and I have a definite opinion about this hotel. Let's start with the pros. 1. The most important thing is very tasty and varied food and various kinds of drinks. There is something to eat, even for a vegetarian. 2. Private beach with pier. I like to jump into the water, so this is a huge plus for me. 3. At our request, we were given a room with separate beds, as I arrived with a friend, and sleeping in the same bed was absolutely not part of our plans. 4. Bars by the pools and the sea. You can always order any drink, and employees ride roller skates near the pool and can bring a drink directly to you. 5. There is an amphitheater on site, and there is a show every evening. 6. We spent one evening at la carte with Italian cuisine. The service is top-notch. The employee who served us picked up vegetarian dishes for me and constantly asked if I had enough food to eat. That's probably all of the advantages. But, alas, there are more disadvantages. Open the windows, it's going to be stuffy! 1. We were terribly unlucky with the room. At first, we realized that the air conditioner was not working (although in fact it was not an air conditioner, but ordinary ventilation), which caused us to suffocate every night and drink more water than there is in the mini-bar, and only for some reason, two days before our departure, the ventilation still deigned to work (the supply temperature air pressure, by the way, is not regulated). We also had a broken door in the safe (which we didn't realize right away, as we had left our documents and money there). The water in the shower decides for itself when to turn on the hot and when to turn on the cold stream. And the "do not disturb" button did not work for us. 2. There are ants on the territory that can bite, and there are small cockroaches in the room. 3. The beach is for "masochists". Personally, I need special slippers to enter without going through the pier, otherwise my feet hurt like hell. 4. All the stairs by the pools are shaky, it is impossible to climb and descend them. 5. On the 1st floor, near the place where we took towels, it was terribly wet, and I managed to slip and fall with my operated leg, my buttock hurt for 4 more days, and a vein burst on my knee. 6. The reception staff barely speaks Russian or English. 7. Laundry is strictly paid for, powder is not provided, but is forced to buy on the 1st floor by an overdraft. 8. There were Internet outages almost every evening. 9. Employees loitering on the beach, who supposedly offer free massages, are sometimes too intrusive. 10. Gozleme is prepared on site by a woman who does not understand any language even minimally, except Turkish. 11. You should not take anything out of the restaurant with you, even if there is a lot of time between lunch and dinner. 12. Without exception, all the doors in the room have "closers" that slam as if an earthquake is starting. 13. Room cleaning is a separate type of pain. They are not cleaned. Actually. All surfaces are dirty, garbage is not picked up from the floor. They just fill up the blood with crumpled sheets, throw out the garbage from a tiny tank and sometimes change towels. Why does the hotel have such a rating with such room service? It's not clear. 14. The lifeguard, instead of being on his tower at sea, hangs out by the pool. Just great, well done.👏🏻 15. They tried to evict us ahead of schedule. We had to leave almost in the evening, the time of eviction was 12:00, they tried to kick us out of the room 1.5 hours earlier. 16. Shared toilets are washed as if they just spilled water, and thus you can not just fall, but fly into the abyss. Of the main disadvantages, that's it. This hotel does not pull 5 ⭐️ no matter how hard you try with such disadvantages, a maximum of 3 ⭐️, 4 with a VERY big stretch.

We had a rest in September 2018, the weather is excellent, at night 20-23, in the afternoon 33-36. The sea is warm. There was an earthquake at night, I woke up from the fact that the bed was shaking, I thought I had a dream. And once there was a thunderstorm at night, but in the morning the sky is clear and the sun is as usual. I liked the hotel. The territory is large, there is a lot of greenery, there are places to relax not only by the pool. Birds walk around the territory in the morning - guinea fowl, geese, turkey, there are pens with a camel and sheep. Pomegranates, oranges and olives grow (see photo) and many flowers. The hotel provides facilities for people with disabilities (elevator, toilet). We arrived at the hotel during breakfast, at 7 o'clock. We put on our bracelets, had breakfast, and settled in almost immediately. $20 solved the issue of the sea view. The view was just wonderful. Every morning I admired the white sea (ak deniz). Very beautiful. The sea is across the road via an underpass. The road is busy, but the doors to the balcony perfectly block out the noise from outside. The beach is big because there are no hotels close to it, it's just huge) The sea is clear, there is always a wave, it's nice to lie on it. Sandy-pebbly, a little sore to the feet). Next time I'll buy shoes for pebbles. Sun beds in sufficient quantity. towels are provided at the SPA, you can take them in the evening, get clean ones in the morning. Our room was standard. There is a double bed and a bunk bed. The three of us lived together - 2 adults and a 9-year-old child. The air conditioner is central. Sausages for breakfast are very edible. Yoghurts are different, plus there are toppings. Breakfast cereals, milk. Coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant, I love lattes, it's quite tasty. But in the lobby bar they will make you a real coffee! I read in one review about the lack of waiters in the restaurant, it's not true, the guys are great, you just put the plate aside, they immediately clean it up. There is always meat - beef, lamb, turkey, chicken and fish. I liked the mutton very much. There is a queue at the restaurant when the cook is butchering meat or fish. By the end of dinner, the queue disappears there, but there is plenty of meat. I didn't specifically photograph the table and the restaurant with food. Fruits - grapes of several varieties apples, oranges, peaches (simply mind-boggling, sweet and fragrant), plums, pears. For dinner, melons and watermelons every day. The melon didn't impress me. I was born in Central Asia, so I know what a melon should be. Watermelons didn't come across very well, but they quench their thirst perfectly) Lots of sweets. I've tried it, it's too sweet for me. Alcohol. I drank beer and cocktails. Delicious) I don't remember the name. They also have children's cocktails. The husband is whiskey. Good beer is poured everywhere)) I haven't tried ice cream. A lovely woman cooks a gozlemme with different fillings near the pool in a small summer cafe.There's always a full house for it, because it's a very tasty thing! Especially with Ayran! There are refrigerators with bottled water of 0.33 rho and ayran on site. It is very tasty and quenches thirst well. I didn't want to write in detail about food, I got carried away with something) Inernet - Wi-Fi is free in the lobby. We bought Wi-Fi to be in the room and throughout the territory (except the beach), 20 euros for 11 days. You can use access from different devices, but not at the same time. I was at the hotel in October 2019, spent 5 days and 4 nights. On the way from Antalya airport, our hotel was the first, on the way home it was the penultimate, so the round trip was exhausting. The hotel has a small but well-maintained territory, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned daily. They were placed at 13:30, but for some reason they were not allowed to use even free Wi-Fi in the lobby until that time. The food is decent, but for 5 stars the choice of fish and meat is too small and the lunches are quite meager. But perhaps this is even a plus in terms of maintaining the figure) in the fitness center, one of the 3 treadmills worked, there were 3 other cardio equipment and several exercise machines with iron. But we had enough. The beach is sandy and pebbly, in places there are stones, but they are not sharp and they are perfectly visible in the purest water, and they did not interfere in any way. The beach is not big, but there are enough sun beds. The animation is weak, but still there. Among the disadvantages are paid Wi-Fi outside the lobby and the remoteness of the hotel from the villages.points-there is nowhere to go out at all.

The first time we were at this hotel, I wanted to write a review for the people who will go. Check-in. For $ 1.5, you can check in early and with a good view from the room. Food. Breakfast was monotonous, we were on Eid al-Adha, so lunch and dinner were a variety of meat, vegetables, fruits, soup was not liked, but for an amateur. The alcohol is all local. The hotel is declared as ultra, but does not pull, the bar is until 24.00, although the memo said until 2.00. The beach is clean, the sea is excellent, warm and clean. There were waves, but it was easy to swim from the Pier, although those who like waves are just right. Excursions. We were at Green Canyon, just a delight. I do not recommend going in force, especially in the heat, it is tedious and boring. The marine park is also wonderful. Don't even waste time on textiles, it's terrible. Leather and furs can be traded well. There are no shops nearby, the hotel is located in watermelon fields, so for shopping, either a taxi ($30) or a bus with transfers to Manavgat. The cleaning is so-so, the balcony is not washed, there are no disposable appliances, gel, toothpaste, bathrobes, slippers. Cigarettes in the hotel are expensive, my husband bought them for $ 5. So it's better to take it with a reserve from home. Girls take non-moving things, gave them to iron dresses (costs 8 euros) the first time they were not even ironed, returned as it was, gave it back, stroked the second time, eventually took it for 2 times, said "well, it happens". The inertia is only on the lobio. Animation is not any kind of village wedding at all, there were two times, three times for children in the evening. There was an aqua aerobics class a couple of times in the afternoon. Sometimes there was no music even in the bar in the evenings. The territory is large, beautiful, and green. In general, I would have put 4 for everything, but not as stated.

A good hotel, not bad cuisine, a little dirty, but this is covered by the friendly staff in the restaurants. The hotel is located in an area where there are no shops (although this is probably a plus). There is nothing outside the hotel, there is nowhere to walk. The entrance to the sea is complicated, covered with pebbles and large stones. There are enough sun beds, a cafe on the beach from 12.00 to 16.00 (you won't stay hungry), a bar from morning to late evening (you won't die of thirst either). The attitude towards Russians is not quite the same as towards foreigners, and this is a fact, but it changes the attitude somewhat. If you close your eyes to some things, then a good family vacation, young people will be bored. Overall, I liked it, but we won't go back there anymore.

I was at the end of July 2022, which I did not like: -Poor room cleaning and the linen is not clean, in the 7 days that I was there they brought me a sheet with bright red spots from menstruation (this is how to wash the linen????), another time the described pillow with a smell (!!!) urine. This is the first time I've seen this. - Glasses are rarely cleaned in the hall, rarely vacuumed, tables are not wiped at all to such an extent that the next day the same glasses are on the table, and ants are around. -They save on air conditioning, it's +33 outside, the air conditioner is turned on only near the reception after 10 a.m. and until 23, then it turns off, it also fails to adjust the air conditioner in the rooms, as a result you live in an eternal steam room. And, importantly, the elevator and the halls on the floors of the rooms are not cooled, this is the first time I have met! - Food....the meat is not edible and there is very little of it and there is no choice, for example, there was a day when there were only chicken ribs from meat! It is the ribs that I cook soup from at home, and they fried... the hand and the face. Salads for three. One mom complained that she had nothing to feed her children, I support, the range of dishes is very meager. - Weak animation, there was only beach volleyball and aqua aerobics, but I didn't want to do it in the heat at all, in the evening the show was a homemade improvisation, I was there a couple of times, I didn't go anymore. That's it!!! There is nothing else! - On the first day of arrival, I was stuck in the elevator, and there is no connection with the reception.... Thanks to the fact that my son just propped up the door, we got out. And my mother was sitting in the elevator, who was getting sick from the heat, I repeat, there is no condor in the elevator and halls! Russian Russian is a disadvantage for me, the reception does not speak Russian, there are mostly foreigners in the hotel, as I was told by a clothing seller who was persistently looking for Russians to invite to shopping, 400 rooms, only 11 are occupied by Russians. Of the advantages: - A lot of vegetables and fruits, as a result, I lost 2 kg during my vacation (sorry, there was nothing to eat except them)! -Geese, turkeys, a camel were walking around the territory, -The sea is warm, the sun is bright, but this is not the merit of the hotel. Conclusion, don't set foot here!

We stayed at the hotel from 30.08.2021 to 5.09 .2021 liked absolutely everything!!!The hotel is very large, the rooms are excellent, cleaning every day!The food is varied both in the restaurant and on the beach!The sea is gorgeous!!!Thank you Amelia for the amazing experience!!!!We will definitely come back!!!

The sea was very warm and affectionate, but the entrance to the sea was inconvenient, the pebbles were almost immediately deep, there were enough sun beds for everyone, and it was possible to have lunch on the beach. be sure to try the tortillas, although there is a long queue behind them. The tour was taken in Side sightseeing. I've never seen such a disgusting tour before! The guide was like from the movie Our Rush, although Eldar (the hotel guide) promised the best guides in Turkey. There is no shopping from the hotel either, do not go for textiles, they will bring you to a regular store near the hotel. The room was good, they paid 20 extra and gave us a 4th floor with a direct view of the sea. There is no kettle, creams, shampoos in the room.Shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser (two in one), the bed was changed once a week, on the fifth day. Changing beach towels is very inconvenient, you have to return the towels, and all this from morning to 12.00 and get your cards back, and then back In general, I will not recommend this hotel.

We always have lunch at a restaurant by the sea , there is no point in going to the hotel for lunch .We drive to the hotel in May. There are officials and bartenders and other staff who look at Russians with hatred and pretend not to notice you, get ready, we try not to pay attention, but it becomes disgusting from such an attitude. And who is to blame that we do not receive 500-2600 euro pensions and cannot afford to tip (although everything is included and people are doing it anyway) and have a rest abroad all year round in our old age. Pros - good rooms, cleaning, change of linen and towels, good beach, not very rocky, close location, lots of sun beds, good territory, swimming pool with bar, slides for children and adults in a separate pool. Cons - the restaurant has dirty dishes and a constant shortage of dishes, cutlery. Ala kart restaurants only by appointment, once (they don't work at all for money). The food is not delicious, almost the same as in a general restaurant, but with certain dishes. I don't recommend it. There are practically no animations (they were at the end of September).
