I had a rest at the hotel on 07/22.21-08/22.21. That's my 11th time in Turkey and I'll say this - the hotel is not 5* at all. The four-legged is stretched. So, the hotel is on line 1, but the beach and the hotel are separated by a road. The beach can be reached in 3 minutes from the pool through a tunnel under the road. rooms. There are no questions for them. The only thing in 5* hotels is that they always put hats, all sorts of hotel kits. There are none. They clean it every day. There is water in the refrigerator, it is added once a day. The air conditioner is working. The safe is paid. Two Russian channels on TV. Meal. There are 3 here. I don't understand how you can not give mashed potatoes every day at 5 *? You're always wondering if it's going to be today or not. So there are no toasters in the morning. This is the first thing that should be! In general, the choice is far from 5*. In the restaurant, everything is imposed by the hotel staff. Anti-covert measures. It's not very convenient. They write about queues - of course there are, but they go very fast and it didn't bother me at all. Definitely don't just wait 40-50 minutes, as some people write. 5 minutes maximum. Masks are given out at the entrance to the restaurant and the temperature is measured. There is also food on the beach. There you will find burgers, French fries, noodles, turkey, trout and all kinds of salads. Tortillas are also made here. The queue at the bar is always huge. It is often easier to take water from the refrigerator than to wait for this queue. Drinks: no cold tea. He was always in hotels, but not here. What is it about 5*, too? In general, the cocktails here are so-so. There is a vitamin bar by the pool. There are fruit cocktails, they are paid. They give ice cream in the afternoon, but you have to stand behind it for 30 minutes and by the time you get it to the street, it will all flow. A late-night dinner is generally a laugh. I arrived just in the evening, dinner was already over, I waited for a night dinner, there are only two soups, or rather hot water. The shame is simple. Purity. This is not about this hotel. Cigarette butts and napkins were always lying around the pool, no one is going to clean it up. They go around, of course, sweeping, but generally fuck off. Guests can spill the coke, so the sticky surface will be for the rest of your stay. They don't clean the beach either. There was some kind of diaper, some kind of brochure lying around the shower all the rest. Nobody cares. The shower itself is also terribly dirty. The sand around it is not cleaned at all. There is a zoo near the relaxation pool. Have you got any animals? Take it away! There are a lot of birds that walk quietly on the lawns and have made absolutely everything. Once they handed a T-shirt to a girl on stage, looking as if they had been at a funeral. No applause, nothing. Animation doesn't work at all on Sundays. They don't even turn on the music by the pool. I didn't understand it at all. I paid the money, why did I have to just lie by the pool for two days out of the whole vacation? Why can't we split the animation team and give one a day off, for example, on Sat and the other on Sun, so that in general rest does not get up, and even more so music??? For animation, if it were possible to put -10, I would put it that way. Beach. The sea is pebbly. But they don't cut the stones. It is quite comfortable to swim. There are enough sun beds. As I wrote before, the beach is dirty Territory. In general, it is not large at all, stretched along the coast. There were insanely missing some flowers, colorful beauty. Yes, there are green palm trees and cousins, but that's all. There is a relaxation pool. It is located near the zoo and it often stinks there. There is a pool with slides. Works by the hour. There is a children's amusement park, but it doesn't seem to work. There is also a game area in the hotel, where everything is paid. There is no pharmacy in the hotel itself, if you need something, then order through the reception. There are all sorts of shops with spas, massages. The price tag for massages is so wild for me. The internet is free and terrible. I took a paid one - 10 days 20 euros To summarize. The hotel is terrible for the price. I don't recommend it to anyone

We rested for 2 weeks from June 24th. The rooms are very nice, new and clean, but on the 5th floor they get very hot from the roof. Take rooms 3-4 floors. Because the view of the neighboring fields or the reception is really dull. The slides are great, the pools are cleaned every night. They saw how they took a water sample. The food is Turkish, peppery, salty and with spices. There is no children's table. Porridges and familiar soups too. Lots of fruits and pastries. Stewed or grilled meat. There is always a slave. There are a lot more than 1000 people in the hotel, sometimes you have to wait for a table at dinner or the plates run out. But they are quickly brought in. Food is also constantly brought if it runs out. The air conditioning is not working in the restaurant, the heat is terrible, the smells. If you arrive in the evening, dinner ends at 21.00 and there is only cream soup and bread from the food, it is very tasteless. There's nothing else to eat there. At night from 24.00-6.00 there is cheese, sausage, tomatoes and cucumbers. Why do they go there🤦♀️ Sometimes they go out on the tracks, the kids carry these poo slippers everywhere🙈 Once a week, they arrange a Turkish evening: musicians play, bring camels, arrange a bazaar and bring out a cake with fireworks. Then there are Turkish dances. Shows, animators, live music - it's all there. The kids' club is open from 10-12, but we haven't been there. The rides are old and dull🤦♀️ the playground is bad. Therefore, in the evening after the show, all the children hang out with their parents in the lobby, running, running, playing ball. Parents drink cocktails at the bar. There's nothing else to do in the evening. After all, there really is nothing nearby, only fields and greenhouses. Taxi to the nearest shopping center is 25 euros. Music is playing, people are having fun. You can walk around the field if you want to arrange an evening walk. The only drawback is the pebbles, which not everyone, but I definitely don't really like, but there is a free massage) and you can put on special rubber shoes. Speaking of massage, the spa is gorgeous, be sure to spare a penny and go relax. The road to the sea is very beautiful - despite the underpass, everything was done great - it was decorated with roses. Kittens usually come to the restaurant - they are sterile, the staff often takes care of them, so do not be lazy to give them a delicious chicken) The food is great - they give a fish with a lemon for dinner, I don't care about the queue - you can come 10-20 minutes before the end of lunch. The slides are cool, new. The hotel has been repaired and renovated many times, and despite the fact that it was built in 1999, it looks great. Don't worry about covid, if you don't think about covid, you won't get infected. For a good room, as in all hotels, you will have to pay extra, but it's worth it - it's cool to have a room on the top floor and admire the sea view... I recommend it to everyone!!!
