In January, we came to Minsk for the New Year holidays, accidentally went to the cafe "Amelie" and were fascinated by the atmosphere and the sophistication of the dishes. Pockets with chicken fillet are magic! But it's hard to choose, because everything is delicious. We lived in Minsk for a week, had lunch and dinner only at Amelie's because we wanted to try everything. I used to think that the reaction of the critic from the cartoon "Ratatouille" was exaggerated, and suddenly I felt the same way he did. I didn't just drink cocktails, I got my own slice of the holiday, it's really a "sip of spring Paris" in winter. And wonderful people met us at the cafe. The first time we arrived late, we were half an hour before closing time, there were no other visitors, and we were welcomed, well fed and invigorated after a long journey. All week, every day we were greeted cordially and warmly, I miss the small bouquets on the tables and the quiet comfort. I regret one thing – that I live in another city. In the summer, on vacation - only to Minsk to see the Trinity suburb in greenery and the botanical garden, and also to return to Amelie)))

From the first minute, we fell in love with this institution. The atmosphere of comfort and warmth, pleasant music and beautiful interior. But this is just an addition to the attentive staff (believe me... I worked in a restaurant and I know exactly how a waiter should work). Now about the kitchen... If you give Michelin stars, then this place is worthy of several such stars! My favorite dish is syrniki with spinach, salad with shrimp and salad with warm beef. I tried solyanka and broth with meatballs. My husband loved beef in wine with cheese puree. And of course, during the 10 days in Minsk we visited different establishments, but Amelie became a place of attraction for us. And finally, try our own liqueurs! Enjoy your meal!!

The Anniversary was celebrated on April 2. Personally, I and all the guests are absolutely delighted with our evening. Many thanks to the administrator for his attentiveness, warm welcome, professionalism and creating such a cozy atmosphere. To the cook, BRAVO for the skill! It was just a gastronomic delight!!! All the dishes (up to one) were amazingly beautiful and very tasty! The barbecue was melting in my mouth! Thanks to the chef for the attention to detail in each dish! Impeccable service, incredible cuisine! It is immediately clear that every guest is cherished here! Thank you so much for the evening! We will definitely come back here again. I will recommend your place to all my friends. I would like to see such a cafe opened in the center of Minsk!
