Can someone please explain to me how it happens that I transfer money through your "Cash In" terminal to my card and they don't come, and then when talking to the operator they tell me, "well, we will consider this case in 10 working days, there must have been some problem with the terminal." And this is on New Year's Eve, when people have a lot of trouble and expenses, I understand that everyone disowned the employees of Ameria when they found out where they work and now, well, I don't know, maybe they have no one to buy gifts for, but know that normal people have a lot of relatives and friends whom they want to please.
