This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. The customer service is rude and unhelpful, and they charge hidden fees without explanation. It took weeks just to solve a simple issue, and they never gave me clear answers. I strongly recommend avoiding this bank—it has been the worst banking experience in my life.

The branch is constantly overloaded, while 4 out of 8 windows are always working, with a maximum of 5 windows. Why can't all the windows be opened? The staff are slow, they move like fish in an aquarium, and they don't care if they have a queue or not. I already regret having accounts in this bank.

I stood in line for an hour, and they called me at the 17 window. The girl is absolutely incompetent, she cannot explain anything that is needed to open an account, while being rude and impertinent. I don't recommend it. I'd rather stay in Ardshin.

Ameria Bank is the most disappointing bank in recent times. I had an account with them for 7 years, and I received a salary for the last 1 year from Ameriabank. today they returned my last salary to me, saying that I am Iranian. They even charged me $10 for the transfer fee, which they refused to pay me.
