Everything is fast and easy. Of the important papers, you need to bring (you can electronically) an income statement or a work contract, you also need an extract from the card with which payment transactions took place in Armenia. A social card, a lease agreement and an original/notarized translation of the passport will not be superfluous. The card will be issued approximately within 1 week after the submission of the papers. The department is comfortable, there are not many people, the staff do an excellent job.

There are no queues. The staff speaks Russian, Armenian, and English. Perhaps they will be able to talk to you in other languages, I have not checked.
