Sutra came a couple of times, everything is fine. There are 1-2 people in queues, employees process applications quickly, never waited more than 30 minutes in the queue.

Terrible service. There are always queues. For one operation, you have to wait in the queue twice, and this is the umpteenth time. If you don't want to spend the whole day in line, you will have to choose another bank.

The worst bank in Armenia in relation to customers, left an application for opening an individual entrepreneur + physical account, the application was considered for more than 35 days, went to the bank 7 times to find out the status of the application, last time they said that they had definitely decided to open an account and would take less than a week, came to the bank after 2 weeks, said that the employee who made the application it no longer works, and was refused due to the fact that I do not have a contract with the client, although they were satisfied with everything before, I think my application was simply lost (because they repeatedly requested all the information that I gave before), I do not advise, a waste of time
