My friends and I came specifically to visit "the atmosphere of American films", and we visited: the interior is very cool! Everything is new and neat. The staff is polite, the burgers are delicious. But because we came in very hot weather, and there seemed to be no air conditioning in the room, since the front door was open, it was very uncomfortable to sit in a hot room, I want to go outside. It would be cool if we put up a terrace in the appropriate style! And there was an unpleasant smell from the kitchen in the room. This is a big minus. But I advise everyone to come because of the atmosphere!

an incredibly atmospheric and vintage place, cheese sticks stretch perfectly, onion rings in a stunningly crispy breading, plus they offer a lot of sauces to choose from, we decided to start with the classics, chose cheese, turned out to taste divine, not like in poppy seeds, etc., but really delicious pie did not really go in, but on the contrary to a friend I liked it, it's for an amateur, but the Lana Del Rey milkshake perfectly combines cherries and chocolate, and the decorations give the mood :3

It's a pretty interesting place. The interior is designed in the style of American eateries of the 60s. The food is delicious, although the assortment is not great. The pitch is pleasant. The staff is polite.
What I would like to improve is to add more authenticity. For example: add cola in glass, American beer, and generally expand the menu.

The menu is for an amateur (due to overpriced prices, the city center, wow and understandable). The milkshake is very tasty, but the bartender forgot to stir the peanut paste, which was lying in a lump at the bottom, it was unpleasant....
Cherry pie is a preheated semi-finished product (at least there was such a feeling because of the dough) a very small portion, 0 questions to the filling.
The waiters forget about the order, you have to remind them)
If you do, it's only for the sake of the milkshake and the atmosphere :)

"Moscow" alcoholic cocktails at ridiculous ( affordable) prices. I liked everything from the Interior to the delicious alcohol. The magical girl walked around the hall, smiling, kind. The bartender recommended a cocktail and quickly did everything. The task was to visit no place during the night , we sat for a while and moved on . Prosperity to you guys 😊

Ice cream is also of questionable taste. The menu is not interesting. The waiters are nice, but the big minus is dirty spoons and glasses that had to be replaced, as well as the inability to pay the bill with both card and cash, although in other establishments this can always be done. I was there on 06/26. I went without reading reviews, only at the call of my heart to the atmosphere of a kind of fallout and the 60s. Well, for a cherry pie!
+ The burgers are delicious. I ordered a spicy burger and was very pleased. It was nice that the portion was enough to eat, but not overeat.
+ The potatoes are good and the ketchup is also delicious (obviously not the cheapest)
+ The service is pleasant, the young man immediately told me what is on the menu, but it is not (there was only one position missing)
+ The feed rate wasn't long either. I didn't even notice how everything was brought, it seems to me they waited for 10 minutes (once again I'm glad that I don't read reviews, but I go to check everything myself)
+ The atmosphere is like on Instagram, I think in the evenings in August there will be the most juice!
+ Milkshakes are amazingly delicious! Lana Del Rey is not only in her ears, but also in her stomach

It's hard to think about the disadvantages. Probably the only thing that confused me was the toilet, and even then it was just a different design from the diner itself. But this is a small thing.
For the future:
1. there really isn't much space there, I hope the second hall and the seats at the counter will become popular just like in the states.
2. if there are breakfasts with bacon and coffee, which is poured on request, I will not be able to go to other places in principle. It's going to be cool.

Everything is very cool in visual execution, I haven't tried much on the menu yet, the only problem so far is that there are not enough staff, unfortunately, the waitress is alone and because of this orders can take a long time to carry, it felt like the system to take orders via a tablet is very confusing and complicates the task of bringing the right order to the tables. I don't know what the advantage is of keeping all orders on a tablet, but it feels like writing a list of orders and table numbering on a piece of paper would be easier.. Perhaps in the future there will be more employees and there will be no such unpleasant moments.

It's a very atmospheric place and it's worth visiting at least for the sake of it. It is clear that the guys put a lot of effort into it, the staff is very pleasant and polite. And the music!

The institution is not ready for the influx of people at all. Plus, there is no warning about the waiting time for food (even in coffee shops where coffee specializes, they warn about readiness for 20 minutes or more).
An untidy bathroom. The absence of banal hand wipes, paper lying on the floor.
After the hike, the emotions are negative. We definitely won't be coming back here anymore

We were at this place at 6 pm.
I'll start with the pros:
+ An idea. There are no such places in Minsk, so the idea is definitely good.
+ Atmosphere. And neon, and posters, and "vinyl" seats. There are no questions in this regard.
+ Cleanliness. The place is really clean, neat and free of extraneous odors and noises.
Unfortunately, the advantages end there:
- Service speed. We waited about 5 minutes for the menu, then waited another 50 for the burgers and milkshakes themselves. At the same time, there was no full landing, there were empty seats.
- Price/quality. The price is too high for such burgers. The standard cheese is fresh and dry. There are a lot of competitors across the street where the price is the same or lower, but at the same time tastier, faster and more diverse.
- Lack of positions. The waiter said that there was no ice for lemonades, but at the same time, 5 minutes after ordering milkshakes, lemonade was made to the next table
- The toilet. It would be great to add trash cans and paper towels near the sink to the cubicles. Small details, but important.
I want to believe that the institution will develop and correct the shortcomings. At the moment, I cannot recommend this place to visit

Finally, there is an institution where they add a sufficient amount of jalapeno to burgers, and not a piece)) It is very tasty and juicy. A cocktail is just in moderation, perfect. Of the obvious disadvantages:
1. Candiments are brought only when ordering food, although ideally they should already be on the tables.
2. Give uniforms to all staff, it's not very nice when someone has Tik-Tok pants. After all, you want to promote yourself at the expense of the atmosphere, so this is very important.
3. The interior has clearly passed by the bathroom, do not forget about it.
4. No hangers at the entrance. But they will definitely be there by winter, I'm sure of it.
5. I also decided to mention that according to the standards, of course, there will be new cameras, signs and all sorts of certificates, but you could buy TVs that are not so modern and hang them on brackets, well, or somehow hide this plasma or beat the idea. Anyway, they are clearly not there for promotions or advertisements, so it's more like for aesthetics, because there is a CB movie going on, but modern TVs, so hence the disharmony.
6. Beauty lies in the little things: appliances, serving, menu design.
7. The price would be justified if not for all of the above disadvantages.

What I really didn't like was the service. They put us at a table and didn't think to give us a menu until we asked for it ourselves 10 minutes later, to which the waitress also did not immediately react. Then someone else's bill was brought to us, although we had just arrived and had not taken anything yet :)) The food was waited for a very long time, my milkshake was first brought to another table, and the milkshake turned out to have a different taste than what I ordered. Then someone else's burger was brought to us, the waitress tried to prove that we ordered it (it turned out that the next table). The waiters just forgot about the last dish (quesadilla)! They brought it in the end, of course, and apologized for every joint, but when these joints are in such quantity, then no apology can be corrected. By the way, for some reason 3 different waiters served us. As we managed to observe, the same stories happened at other tables - they were brought the wrong dishes, the wrong drinks.
The designer of the institution did a great job, very beautifully, "instagrammatically", but it seems that the advantages of the institution end there. The food is not bad, but with such service, burgers, potatoes and milkshake, I'd rather eat anywhere else.

A strange service system. Freshmen waited 20 minutes in this stuffy room. They were brought at room temperature, without adding ice, but conceptually all drinks in US establishments imply the presence of ice. When we left, we guessed for ourselves that there was a terrace, none of the staff informed us about it, and it was not visually clear from the first time that it refers to them. In general, the place was a little disappointing, I hope that the owners will still make air conditioning and ventilation in the room, and the terrace will acquire its own visual feature. Otherwise, it's torture for your own money.

Everything is written on the photo. There was salsa, sour cream instead of GUACAMOLE. An icy quesadilla, to which I was told that it should be cold.
Ripe mango and chili pepper are declared — neither one nor the other. In the photo you can see cheese, lean minced chicken and bell peppers of different colors. Perhaps a juicy ripe mango is a micro bite, if you don't find a photo. It costs 18p. It's a shame.
The food was brought without any logic. The appetizer at the end, the first course for one person with a couple sitting... they didn't ask when to bring the drinks, they just brought them right away. The milkshake didn't wait for the meal.
The waitress tried to be nice, but the quality of service is terrible, and something needs to be done about it. I didn't take an order for a long time, when asked if I needed appliances, I got the answer "yes" and just didn't bring it, I had to remind. I didn't follow the guests at all. After eating, I sat for 15 minutes, staring at the waitress chatting with a colleague. It's frustrating that you have to literally wave your hand to be approached, which is unpleasant for no one. What's left: to scream? Get up and come over?
It's not serious.
Ideologically, the place is pretty. It is a pity that such a poor quality of service and cuisine.
The guys are the owners, take over the organization, improve the basic processes, otherwise, judging by the reviews, they will stop coming to you very soon.

Almost half of the dishes from the already small menu were missing. The food was brought to three out of four people fairly quickly, but cold. The fourth person even has a drink (sprite!) they did not carry it for 30 minutes, they brought it only after a request. The food was not brought even after 50 minutes, the rest of the people at the table had already finished everything.
At least it was a normal trip to the audition, but if it was a birthday, I would be incredibly ashamed in front of my friends.
I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from going, but our experience wasn't very good.
After the feedback, they apologized, even tried to do something to solve the problem, and the star is for it!

Chili con carne has no salt, no chili, no essential spices. The bartender (sha) does not understand drinks, does not know his own assortment. The waiters don't bring drinks until you remind them. If you want to survive, change the management staff, train chefs, bartenders, waiters to full-fledged pros. The interior of the institution cannot be pulled out.
