We were there during the gastrofest. Seth's not bad. The coffee was delicious. However, the mousse dessert looked like very frozen ice cream, the cold hit the teeth very hard and, combined with hot coffee, it hit the enamel. Mousse desserts need to be defrosted, but here they were not cut with any device. The thickness of the caramel was large. Since the essence was a "Squid game", it was necessary to make a thin caramel and give some kind of needle / pin so that the person could be interactive. It was difficult to crack, not to mention getting a figure inside the caramel. The pate was great, lots of filling, balanced. There are a lot of places for boarding in the establishment, the order is given out quickly enough, even when busy.
