Hello.I would like to leave a review about the work of the sellers in the AMI store in the Pershy shopping center. I made more than one purchase there.I can't help myself after the last visit. The sellers didn't even look up from their business when the buyers entered. One salesman was folding blankets, while the other was sitting at a computer. When we finally decided on the purchase and asked for help from the seller who was in the hall, we received in response: "Go to the girl at the table."The girl from the table (can you imagine):"What do you want? What glasses?" Considering that there is no way for customers to get the goods from the shelves, we, as they say, had to verbally describe the glasses and mugs. When we purchased the product, we were told: "Check it out" (it feels like we're at the WB pick-up point). We opened the mugs ourselves and checked their integrity. Although it is the seller's responsibility to open the boxes and check the glass products in front of the buyer. One box wouldn't open, and Mom asked the seller for help in the hall, and she went back to the other one, I don't have anything to open it with. We pick up the purchase and we say, "Thank you.Goodbye!"... and in response.... silence...What is this anyway??? Customer service culture????There are a lot of foreign tourists shopping in this center.I was ashamed of such Belarusians. The management should review which staff work and represent the hospitable Belous in the mall.Teach them to say hello and offer help and advice to any store customer!

The cashier decides in which queue to punch the goods to the customers, answering the question "why does she do this?"- I got the answer that " do you want to quarrel?". Then they brought the product in a box that was clearly larger than the product itself. But they also refused to transfer it without a signature in the transfer certificate (photo attached). What's happening?

I got a terrible impression. Firstly, the product is sold with a marriage, when you tell the consultant that there is a marriage, you get the answer don't buy it and that's it! In general, this is nonsense and a violation of consumer rights and not only the rights but also the rules of trade, to sell goods with a defect. Despite the fact that I , as a buyer , informed the seller that the product was defective , it is possible , as I understand it , to remove it from the showcase . It left a terrible impression.
