The collector said which part needs to be ordered, promised to finish the bed when the part arrives. Naturally, we paid him in full. I made a request in the store. The item arrived three weeks later, and the delivery time has already gone, since the store did not apply to the service center. It turned out that the collector specified the wrong part. We order a new one, in early September, through the service center. We wait. I went to the store, and called the factory, and wrote a complaint. No one cares, my child is without a sleeping place. And only 08.10.She's arrived. Four weeks later. And the collector did not get in touch, God bless you, Roman. I put the bed together 2 months later. The attitude towards customers and the specialists recommended by the store leave much to be desired....

A great store. Everything is neatly laid out. The sellers are polite, but there are few of them. They can't cope. There are three people at the checkout, but the queues are still long. And if you call a consultant, then I understand that the cash register is minus and the queues are even longer.
I bought a sofa, curtains, tulle. There was no sofa available, but I ordered it and it was made within 15 days. Very quickly) thank you) In terms of assembly, not everything is so simple, but we figured it out and assembled it)
