The item arrived three weeks later, and the delivery time has already gone, since the store did not apply to the service center. It turned out that the collector specified the wrong part. We order a new one, in early September, through the service center. We wait. I went to the store, and called the factory, and wrote a complaint. No one cares, my child is without a sleeping place. And only 08.10.She's arrived. Four weeks later. And the collector did not get in touch, God bless you, Roman. I put the bed together 2 months later. The attitude towards customers and the specialists recommended by the store leave much to be desired....

But here's the courier who delivered it to me… There are just no words. He didn't even help me, the girl, unload this huge heavy chair from the van!!! I had to climb into the back myself and unload the order. The courier just stood there and looked like I was holding him up! It's a very unpleasant situation. If unloading heavy goods (from the car to the ground) is not included in the shipping cost, then please specify this in advance, I would rather pay more than drag the chair myself.
