Arrogant, ignorant attitude towards the customer! We paid a 100% prepayment, and our sofa with a hole arrived! She Snapped , She Was Rude!!! Olga Kozlovich or Kozlyuk. Her last name matches her behavior. You leave the item you paid for in safe custody. You make a hole in it the size of a golf ball and accuse the customers that they came over the weekend and made the hole themselves! We came in 2 cars, including a bus, to pick up this unfortunate sofa! It also means waiting for money for at least 7 days, although no one signed the acceptance certificate!
