I chose a bed in the store, but as always it turned out that they were not available and I had to place an order through the online store. We placed an order, and after 2 weeks the furniture arrived, it turned out that one board of the bed was broken, the other was scratched. Fortunately, the furniture was miraculously brought by a representative of the online store. The remains of the bed were immediately taken away for replacement. We waited 3 weeks. We open the furniture and it turns out that the board is broken again. I didn't contact them anymore. I do not recommend it and I will never visit this place again.

Of course, this store is very weak in customer service. It was difficult for the staff to answer the question of how to buy a bed and what is available. They started looking at each other, asking questions among themselves. It is clear that information is poorly understood. Somehow we found the product in a warehouse in another city through the website and sent it there.They didn't want to order locally.It's like waiting a long time, there is no car and it's better to take care of the order from the warehouse yourself...Why then do retail outlets in the city, I still did not understand.The desire to return to this store has disappeared

The store chose a sofa, it was not in stock in my city, but it was in an online store, ordered and paid for, it was written that delivery was within 10 days since it had already been made, the delivery date was written , they expected it, the day before delivery they called the online store, which reported that the sofa was being made , and it will be within a month. I was outraged that the seller of the online store replied that they were telling all customers that the goods were supposedly in stock , but in fact they would only be manufactured .
