Hello! I want to leave my review about the Ami furniture store (although I never write anything anywhere, but it's just necessary). In early December, my husband and I came to Ami's store in Lida on Krasnoarmeyskaya to look at an ottoman/sofa for a possible future purchase. The presented models pleased with their availability and the availability of possible colors. Also, what is very important, the girls sitting at the reception / checkout were pleased. All my possible questions that I asked were completely closed. The girls told me everything and advised me from beginning to end, they were courteous and polite. Further... 12/12/2025 (yesterday) we returned to Ami and nevertheless decided to purchase an Ontario sofa in gray in this store. We bought at a discount for full cash payment. Again, the girl who made the purchase proved herself to be an excellent specialist! She showed the possible colors, fabric, and answered questions about this model. And since Ami doesn't have her own delivery (and we're from another city), she contacted Cargo Transportation instead of us, and at 12:40 p.m. on the same day, we had our couch at the address (and we bought it at about 10:20 a.m. and went home in time to take our order). What I want to say about the furniture itself. I read a kilometer of negativity. About three years ago, we bought a Nicoletti corner sofa in Ami. Day after day, we assemble / disassemble it back and forth, because we have it for daily sleep. So far, everything is OK. It hasn't sagged, it hasn't moved, nothing sticks out in the ass, it doesn't even creak. As for the couch we bought now... everything is OK too. My husband collected it himself. No defects were found. All the components were enough and remained. All the holes where to twist, all were, + were marked with white "beads". The ones that were placed in this hole (for the first time I see that the child will understand the assembly). As a result, a gorgeous ottoman, for 599 rubles. The sleeping place is elastic, nothing is loose, everything came together, there were no questions during assembly. The assembly itself is essentially intuitive at the sight of the kit. The instructions are detailed. Plus sign for a man who collects furniture. There is a YouTube video for each item sold in the furniture catalog itself. His husband looked at the delivery stage, and everything was clear. Thank you! We will use your store!

The staff is lazy and irresponsible, they are not interested in sales, it is unclear why such specialists are needed nowadays. I do not recommend this store. It is better to visit the same one in the area of the train station, there are very friendly sellers.

Hello. We visited the store today and were very unhappy with the service, the seller refused to help in a rude way. Only after we insisted, she didn't willingly help! I have very unpleasant impressions about this store. I recommend visiting other stores!!!
