We ordered a sofa. We have been waiting for a month and here is the long-awaited call. We discussed the delivery time - we arrived on time. Delivery only to the entrance, then we lifted it ourselves. On the same evening, they began to assemble and saw that not the whole set. As a result, everything was rechecked - there is no whole set of sofa (bottom, fittings and additional parts). Instead, another set with a backrest (as a result, we have two backs, two armrests, two pillows and a laundry container). How it was possible to mix up the whole set and just deprive us of half of the sofa is an open question for the OTC in production. We wrote a statement - now we have been living with these pieces of the sofa for a week, they just occupy part of the apartment and you can't do anything with them.
