Directly to the courier: boorish behavior, and also initially refused to get the sofa out of the car. I understand that it is indicated everywhere that the delivery is to the entrance / gate, but it would already be possible to unload from the car. Plus, after unpacking, they found dirty rusty stains on the upholstery, from rusty fittings, apparently, which were transported along with the furniture (they noticed it when unloading)
