On 10.26.2025 (in the afternoon) I visited the store at this address. There were negative impressions after the purchase. There was one employee in the hall who performed the functions of a cashier and, therefore, a consultant. The employee absolutely failed to cope with the function of a consultant. To each question asked, the employee replied with a dissatisfied "what??", and when asked to help find the product on the shelf, she replied "can't you do it yourself? The shelf is in the public domain", as well as "I don't understand what you want from me?". The employee's behavior changed dramatically after I said, "and if I take the complaint book, will you understand what I want?" Conclusion: there is a complete lack of customer orientation. There is no desire to visit the store next time.
