I wanted to order a mattress, I asked a store employee (a man) to move it to another bed to make sure that it fits, to which I received the answer you need to move it, I won't do it. The staff is absolutely not interested in sales!!! I have been to the store several times, no one has ever come up to consult, several people are sitting near the computer like glue!!!

I have never encountered furniture before. So I decided to try and order a bed. It was not in the warehouse, the administrator said the production was "on order" for 30 days (and without any comments). And what do you think, already on the fifth day, the admin called again that my bed was ready and you could pick it up.
This case pleasantly surprised me. I did not expect such a speed instead of the stated one. I'll try to order something else.
This is commendable in my opinion.
But I would like to know more precisely the date of readiness for delivery of the goods.
