To a specific question (do you break the sintepon after rolling off the dry cleaner or not), they do not give an answer. Take your time, get to us, ask us a question personally in our eyes and only then we will answer that we do not break the sintepon. Maybe you were unlucky with the administrator.

I took the Helly Hansen winter jacket to this dry cleaner, because I was afraid to wash it at home. I took the jacket after dry cleaning, brought it home and was unpleasantly surprised, the fabric was of course washed, but no one even thought to break the sintepon, now I have to manually try to break the crumpled balls of sintepon.
P/s I gave it away in other places, though not in Minsk, they broke the sintepon after dry cleaning and you took the ready-to-use thing, but for some reason they don't do it here, then the point in dry cleaning the jacket is not clear to me, since this way I can wash at home and sit and break the balls in the same way sintepon.
If you do not want to waste your time by breaking the sintepon in a jacket, then it is better not to wear a jacket to this dry cleaning.
