If you need to clean simple jackets, dry cleaning is normal, but as soon as you have some inscriptions on the jacket, you can say goodbye to them. I handed over a ski down jacket, and when I handed it over, they didn't warn me at all that they weren't sealing the lettering and the rubberized zippers — as a result, everything was stripped off on the new down jacket, and the metal emblem was torn off my hand.
