If you need to clean simple jackets, dry cleaning is normal, but as soon as you have some inscriptions on the jacket, you can say goodbye to them. I handed over a ski down jacket, and when I handed it over, they didn't warn me at all that they weren't sealing the lettering and the rubberized zippers — as a result, everything was stripped off on the new down jacket, and the metal emblem was torn off my hand. They didn't even tell me about it at the reception and had to force me to look for her.

Do not take expensive down jackets to this dry cleaner!! Get not a down jacket, but a mangy cat. All the properties of the down jacket are irrevocably cleaned. It's a very big mistake to take a down jacket to this dry cleaner :(
