The order was ready in a week, clean, smelling nice. They give the order on a hanger in a kind of polyethylene case. When I just brought the down jacket, I was warned about the possible consequences of cleaning, that the fluff might fall off, because my down jacket needs manual cleaning, and they do not provide such a thing. In general, I was warned about everything, I handed it over at my own risk, and in the end everything is fine. I took off one star because the girl at the counter was a little rude the first time when we discussed the details. It's not critical, maybe I was tired, but I was a little uncomfortable with such a harsh style of communication. When I took the coat, everything was fine.
