The manager said that the warranty period had passed, refused to look at or discuss anything, although the repair was done with a clear violation of technology. They charged a little less than 4 thousand for the repair of two elements.

The office is at the level of Uncle Vasya's garage in the area. I went there on the recommendation of my relative, which I greatly regretted. At the entrance, you are greeted by a bunch of local staff, who inspect you from head to toe. Apparently, there are no rules for welcoming visitors, but these are small things compared to the whole circus that awaits next. After visiting this poorhouse to adjust the unfortunate collapse of convergence, the amount of 70 rubles was announced to me by a very unpleasant male manager sitting at the leftmost table, who in every possible way demonstrated his dissatisfaction and disregard for the manner of conversation, nervously throwing papers on the table. Having finished with the bureaucratic part of the registration, the manager takes the car keys and drives it into the box with the same displeased face. The master is worth a separate conversation and "laudatory" odes. Apparently, after finishing 9th grade and studying at the local vocational school on Gagarin, he simply turned the wheels in different directions and knocked on the pads, issued a verdict: "The right steering rod is bent. If you change it, come here." I want to note right away that there is someone to service the car, and literally the day before visiting this miracle center, they changed the tip on the wheel, which served to adjust the camber, and if the steering rod was bent, I would have known about it. Being confused by what was happening, neither the master nor the manager considered it necessary to show me this very deformation, kicking me off immediately to pay at the reception desk. When I see the acceptance certificate, I pay attention to the amount of 30 rubles, to which I immediately ask to call the manager to explain the pricing (they didn't do the collapse to me). Shuffling his unfortunate two feet, he tells me in a displeased tone: "Girl, you've had a SUSPENSION DIAGNOSIS." If by suspension diagnostics you mean turning the wheels of the car and tapping the pads with a wrench, then you can assume that I am also a kind of mechanic and I am ready to get a job with you for 0.5 rates. I'm already silent that I came for the collapse, and they gave me a diagnosis. Thank you. Not wanting to communicate with me any further, the man just left. A few days later, after making sure that I DIDN'T NEED to REPLACE any steering rods, I visited this wonderful service station again, but with a complaint about the work done earlier. This time, the manager babbled that they only RECOMMENDED (there was no word about it) to replace the part, because without this they could not guarantee their "work". Let me remind you that I came for the wreck, and I didn't need their guarantees (looking at the local service staff, you basically understand that there are no guarantees initially). All the same dissatisfied employees (oh my God, they force you to work at work), drove the car back into the box, but this time they remembered that the car needed to be connected to the devices to check the adjustment level. Finally, having deigned to align the camber by +- 1 mm, they still fulfilled the task originally set for them. The whole thing took not only money, but also exhausted nerves. Service station employees shouldn't act like I'm coming to pay my respects. I came here for help, not to be made a "fool" of and to try to rip off money by inventing a non-existent problem. Your manager doesn't know how to sell, and your foreman doesn't know how to fix. I don't know how you exist to this day with such "service", but I definitely won't contact you again. I will definitely tell my story to my friends so that they also avoid your "workshop on the knee" 💋

Divorce for money. There was an extraneous noise behind the torpedo from the passenger side. I gave them 60 rubles for diagnostics. They said to change the pump. Although there is no leak and antifreeze has never been refilled. Strange, I thought. I stopped at another good service station. The air conditioner was refueled. The noise disappeared. I saved on unnecessary replacement of the native pump.

I want to share information for buyers of new cars with a warranty!!! When buying a car, the manager claimed in beautiful phrases that the warranty is 3 years. However, after 2 years, the company withdrew the warranty without warning, referring to the omission of the inspection service. So when buying, read the contract between the lines. We have been serviced on this service for 3 years to comply with the terms of the warranty. The car is a Polo sedan 2020. Today, at the next meeting, they asked a question about the problem with the body (paint swelling). The warranty engineer said in plain text that this warranty is pure marketing and in fact all problems with the car are none of their business. Although then later in the Korona shopping center in an ordinary key workshop we did this procedure in 10 minutes. It's a great office. The customer service is exactly on top! I came to them with a problem (I needed specific technical information on a specific body, not mine;))), which almost all Volkswagen dealers refused to solve in Minsk, including the notorious Atlant-M - they didn't even want to delve into! On Amico - they listened, got into it, conferred with each other (they spent time on me) and they still helped me!!!!! Hello! Our family bought a VW POLO for their son in winter. The Vitebsk salon has a very friendly atmosphere. They helped to choose a complete set, made a discount on the car, sold additional alloy wheels at a discount, gave winter tires, mudguards, radiator mesh, rubber mats to the salon. Excellent and professional service station with courteous staff. I repaired a Skoda Yeti car with a gearbox on a DSG-7 robot. The reason for the repair is a breakdown of the gearshift fork in the DSG-7. I contacted many service stations in Vitebsk with this problem - everywhere the answer is that we do not repair the box ourselves, but remove it and send it to Minsk, with all the financial costs that follow from this. And only at Amico did they independently take up the solution to this problem, for which special thanks to mechanic Mikhail, a true professional in his field. Mikhail not only removed, disassembled, and fixed the malfunction of the robot box, but also explained the cause of the breakdown at the meeting. Mikhail also diagnosed the need to replace the clutch and the stretched timing chain. But I was aware of these problems even before contacting Amico. And the diagnosis carried out by Mikhail confirmed this. In two days at Amico, the DSG-7 gearbox was repaired, the clutch and timing chain were replaced. All the replaced parts were put in a box and left in the trunk. The car has been repaired for almost a month and there are no questions about it. Special thanks also go to Alexey, the order acceptance master, who accompanied the repair process at all stages, advised on the purchase of necessary spare parts and repair prices. In general, the impression about the service station is only positive. I don 't know how it is now, but 16 years ago it was flawed . I serviced a new Skoda under warranty . They could only change the pads and put them in their ears. The climate control broke down, they conjured for 2 days and said that everything was fine . I went to Minsk , they quickly found the problem , replaced the servo and I'm in chocolate. It took them about 2 hours. Now the office may be normal, but I don't go to them anymore.

I contacted the Amico service with a seemingly ordinary question: replacement of brake pads and discs for the 2020 Nissan X-Trail. The very first call (10:04) was a shock.The specialist (administrator) on the other end of the line was not only unable to give a clear answer, but my question was completely stumped. Instead of quickly clarifying the information from the masters or offering a solution, there was only an empty promise to "call back." I naively expected feedback until the evening. I didn't wait. I had to call back myself at 17:39. And then the "cherry on the cake": the administrator, without even trying to get to the bottom of it, cut off: "All the questions are for the master, I've given him everything." When I asked, "Why don't you need clients?", the foreman literally intervened in the conversation and gave out, killing any desire to deal with this office: "a lot of work, no time to call you back." Like that. The "amazing" level of service from Amico! Clearly demonstrated: 1. Complete incompetence of employees: the simplest question about a common model (Nissan X-Trail!) it causes stupor even in the administrator. 2. Unreliability and irresponsibility: promises to call back are just dust in the eyes. The client must seek an answer himself. 3. Customer orientation below the baseboard: the client is a burden for which there is "no time". The administrator only shifts responsibility without solving problems. 4. Blatant disregard: the master's phrase "there is no time to call you back" is disrespectful to a potential client. The master personally confirmed that they do not need clients! P.S. The contrast is that on another, no less well-known service station, I was given a clear and polite answer to the same question in 1 (one!) minute. They couldn't (or didn't want to?) go to Amico's all day. to do this.

But the most interesting thing is when you come to them and they do not find defects for their visual, auditory examination, you need to pay for the diagnosis of the warranty product!!!
