WiFi is not available in all rooms. What you can raise your rating for is the staff who, in these difficult conditions, always comes forward, tries to solve your problem, very responsive staff! Respect them! The breakfast is very modest, the buffet should not look like this! Everything is prepared in advance, apparently in the evening, the dishes are few and cold, often not tasty, except for fried eggs, which are made in just a few minutes. Instant coffee, you need to ask for milk. The hotel has a good territory, very beautiful Christmas trees, there are gazebos where you can sit in the evening, enjoy the evening smell, and never touch the coal mine (sarcasm). Overall, the result does not meet expectations!
