The hotel is in a very poor condition! The rooms are very old, the bathroom is in terrible condition, the carpet is stained, the floors creak, the feeling of a sanatorium or hospital. WiFi is not available in all rooms. What you can raise your rating for is the staff who, in these difficult conditions, always comes forward, tries to solve your problem, very responsive staff! Respect them! The breakfast is very modest, the buffet should not look like this! Everything is prepared in advance, apparently in the evening, the dishes are few and cold, often not tasty, except for fried eggs, which are made in just a few minutes. Instant coffee, you need to ask for milk. The hotel has a good territory, very beautiful Christmas trees, there are gazebos where you can sit in the evening, enjoy the evening smell, and never touch the coal mine (sarcasm). Overall, the result does not meet expectations!

Everything is fine in general, both breakfast and rooms, BUT today there is a banquet here, the music is pounding into the night, the toastmaster is yelling, the residents have been neglected. Noise insulation is 0, and I have to go to work in the morning. Also, sockets far from the bed are not convenient. If you take food, then everything is super and not expensive.
