An excellent hotel in the center of Samarkand!
I stayed at the Amin Hotel — it's one of the best hotels I've been to!
The room was spacious, very clean and cozy, with modern furniture and everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious and with a good selection of dishes.
The location of the hotel is also excellent — the main attractions of the city are nearby, it is convenient to get to the historical center. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and comfortable, you feel at home.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Samarkand. I will definitely come back here again!

The service is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy, and there are no unpleasant odors. The breakfast is a buffet, the assortment is not very large, but the most necessary things are there. Delicious, clean. The pool is magnificent, indoors. There are also Russian (or Finnish) and Turkish saunas. But the pool, sauna, everything is clean and tidy. The prices are reasonable, the location is in a quiet area of the city, i.e. no noise is heard at night. There is room for a car. I recommend.

We stayed for a week from 05/04/24 to 05/11/24. Wonderful staff, wonderful people! All questions are answered, prompted, helped, The hospitality is super! They also provided a transfer from the airport, offered by the owner of the guide, for a trip to Bukhara. The room is clean and cozy, the beds are big, the mattresses are hard, but in moderation, we liked the rigidity, cleaning every day. There is a kettle, tea sets, and water glasses in the room, as well as tea, coffee, bottled water!!! The shower room is spacious, good water pressure, there were problems with draining, but the owner decided everything. The breakfasts were a little disappointed, they didn't change at all during the week! But you will not stay hungry, there is a choice and this is a buffet. In general, I recommend the hotel to everyone!!!! And you can also ask the owner where to change money at a good rate!!!!

The impression is not clear, we booked a suite at the booking, upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the owner, but the booking at the booking was asked to cancel. They promised a discount. As a result, it turned out to be 50 instead of 46 thousand))) And because it's not a fig to trust, this is science for us. The number itself is much smaller than the one stated. But the room, based on the experience of staying in different hotels in Samarkand, is not bad. Of course, the repair was done a long time ago, but they don't bother with cosmetic, apparently it will do. The room was cleaned daily, after 4 days the bed linen and towels were changed. The bed there is of course great. There are no breakfasts for my taste, we went to a cafe for breakfast. The hotel is not bad, but I will not come here anymore. Ps The declared pool and hammam did not work)

We had a two-room room, which we were checked into around 11:30, despite the fact that check-in at the hotel from 14:00, for which we are especially grateful, since we were with two small children.
The reception was as cordial as possible, we were treated with care, helped with things and promptly resolved the issue with the baby cradle.
The room was clean and spacious.
I do not agree with the reviews in which they wrote about a meager breakfast, I specially took a photo, I attach it to the review.
I rate the hotel at a solid 5%, corresponds to the declared level of 3*.

We were there a couple of days ago. I recommend it to everyone, excellent hotel, convenient location. Gur Emir- we walked slowly for 15 minutes. And there is a Registan nearby within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, they meet like family, they are ready to help and prompt in everything. The pool is generally a fairy tale, the rest was great. I really liked the breakfast, generally a great assortment and mentally. If we are going to Samarkand next time, then only at Amina Hotel.

It is located in the city center. There is a supermarket basket nearby, the Dynamo stadium is close to the Registan. But the corridors are dark, the room has a problem with hot water (sometimes warm) and the view from the window to the wall of the neighboring building.

A small hotel is a half-hour walk from Registan. Very hospitable hosts, friendly and ready to help. The hotel, in general, justifies its 3*: clean, but towels need to be replaced, there is no shower gel, extremely poor breakfasts. The refrigerator in the room does not cool, but freezes-all products turn into ice. Hard beds, but this is a feature of Uzbekistan. In general, if you count on a hotel as a place to spend the night, it is a decent option.

There is no service - complete carelessness and sloppiness, the rooms were not cleaned on time, although they were checked in 1.5 hours later than the check-in time. We were not provided with rooms according to the reservation. After finding out that the rooms were not ready, it was not cleaned at all, there were no hygiene kits, 4 shampoos of 5 ml and two soaps for four people who settled in. The cherry on the cake was a freezer instead of a refrigerator! The refrigerator was brought after all. The breakfast was meager, the sausage and cheese were cooked, the omelette was like a sole.
Repairs and furniture tried to make it look expensive and rich, but everything is miserable. Next to our door was a masterpiece evacuation sign on beads.
Oh, yes, in the hotel rooms there are no windows, but loopholes, it's dark even during the day.

Family hotel(unprofessional)
1. The host: immediately asked to cancel the booking, counted at an abnormal rate, did registration for two days, I spent the night for 3 days.
2. Room: sound-permeable, not clean, even short black hair in the sink, the view of the rooms on both the first floor and the second is a gray wall, without light
3. Weak breakfast, WiFi.
4. Location: 7-8 minutes by taxi to Registan, 30 minutes on foot.
The quality does not match the price.

This is the most horrible hotel you can imagine. We were not provided with the rooms that we had booked. Instead of two rooms , one two - room room was provided . And even by 15-00 it was not cleaned. One of the reserved rooms was not provided at all. And we had to look for a room in other hotels. The breakfast is terrible, meager and tasteless from the word at all. I do not recommend this hotel 100%!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The hotel is very mediocre. The room was not cleaned, there are no banal hospitality items (toothpaste, shower gel, etc.). The mattresses are very hard, the bathroom is leaking, the room is dirty, the TV remote control did not work, to pour hot water, you need to drain it for more than 10 minutes.
The only advantage of the room is its size.
Breakfast doesn't match the price either. During breakfast, there was a plate of smoked sausage and cheese on the table. The only thing that pleased me at breakfast was the watermelon, it was delicious.
The price does not match the quality at all.
