I bought a product that turned out to be unoriginal — the barcode is not scanned, the quality is questionable. I contacted the store with a request to issue a refund, as I have every right to do so under the Consumer Protection Act. However, I was refused, ignoring the obvious facts and violating the rules of trade. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable. The store does not meet halfway, does not admit its mistakes and actually violates the rights of consumers. I do not recommend buying it — be careful not to encounter a similar situation.
