This restaurant, which has been reopened after being closed for a long time Dec and belongs to Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, is really nice in terms of prices and quality. I can only break some points about the drinks in the cafe section. The view is also in a good location anyway. The sea and the Sunken park can be easily seen.
