I am writing the whole truth about this hotel, just reading the reviews and I am at a loss ((((((........ I'll start in order, as they say, "the whole truth is the uterus." We were sooooo promoted by travel agents, I understand everything, you, dear employees of the travel agency, are getting a good increase in s/p when you sell new hotels and services, but your regular customers do not need to LIE, what you said when selling the tour DOES NOT CORRESPOND to REALITY AT ALL!!!! We arrived at the hotel at 5.30 am, tired, I wanted to take a shower as soon as possible, sort things out and relax, but immediately at the reception, the young Turkish admin began to brazenly say that if we did not pay $ 50 per person now, we would not be settled (although the rooms were empty half of the hotel) and we would have to wait check-in before 14:00. We even had to buy a hotel bracelet for $10 per person. We go to different hotels in Turkey every year, but this is the first time I've met with such arrogance and cheating!!! When we refused to buy a room that we were supposed to have, after 3 hours a Turkish admin came up to us and said: "Okay, $20 per person and we'll check in right now"))))), although other tourists paid $ 50-60 at once ((((. We went into the room,YES, the cleanliness is perfect, the hotel is new, renovated, clean sheets,towels, I want to immediately put a fat PLUS in the room cleaning, cleaned every day, changed the linen, cleaned the garbage, without asking for a tip,respect. The food is monotonous, there is nothing new, there were no declared seafood, delicacies, but about sushi)))))this is generally trash, sushi from zucchini and soy meat, and they said there would be real sushi (((((). The pool is sooo cold, small, only 1 meter 40 cm deep, you don't dive normally, one guy ran away, dived and smashed his forehead on the bottom of the pool. There are no animation and animators at all!!!! The Negro animator conducted aqua aerobics for 20 minutes every day, people did not invite, everyone reluctantly went to the pool, there were no programs. The Black girl was very loud, noisy and vulgar, did nothing in terms of leisure, only pestered men, both married and unmarried, I don't even understand who she is there for))))). The disco generally sucks, until 24:00, and not all night, as was originally stated according to the concept of this hotel, many people did not know how to dance to such music, and then all the drunks just went with mini-speakers to the reception and screamed there all night until morning. Many tourists were already whining and wanted to go home, regretting that they had bought a ticket for 9 and 11 days to this hotel. I recommend only the Legend Water Park, located within walking distance from the hotel for 20-25 minutes,admission is $ 56 per person, the slides are cool, attractions for every taste and age, but.....the food is very expensive, one hamburger costs $ 75, there is no alcohol, so tourists stocked up on food and drinks with them from the hotel. The beach is clean, sand, pebbles are practically absent, the sea is very warm,the transfer from the hotel runs every hour according to the schedule, it takes 5-7 minutes to get to the beach. We did not have a good impression of the hotel, one thing was stated in the concept, but in fact quite another, and the terrible Turkish staff, arrogant, angry, audacious, only give them dollars and euros, no, I understand everything, everyone needs to earn, but not the same (((((I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THE HOTEL!!!!!
